Houston Toros VS Flappin' Skunk Farmers ... not a whole lot to say here as this one wont be close.
Fremont Warriors VS Appalachian Mountaineers ... Fremont's figuring it out and has won 6 in a row through a lighter series of games but their bigger regular season schedule is starting with Appalachian this week. after a poor start, App's got it rolling also with a nice winning streak and winning record at the half way point, but still appear to have a ways to go. with probably the toughest remaining schedule App needs to steal some games against stronger opponents to keep their playoff hopes alive. ultimately, Fremont's a much stronger team in this one. 45-20 Fremont.
SOUTH GEORGIA GROWL VS Philadelphia Fighters ... the GROWL have probably been the most impressive team to the mid way point. without the pure levels of some of the top teams they've still continued to win all but one so far. Philly on the other hand has struggled pretty badly so far with a poor record for the first half. with several tough teams remaining, i just dont think Philly's going to have enough this season and their second half wont start well with a loss against GROWL. 53-24 GROWL.
Philadelphia Marauders II VS Bayou Bengals ... going out on a limb here but i think Philly wins this one.
San Francisco Webzoners VS Fort Sam Houston Rangers ... Rangers have put up points in their last couple games atleast and Zulu's doing fairly well late in games. not going to happen here though as SF takes this one by a hundred or two.
Milwaukee Fire VS LaCrosse RiverRats ... nice matchup here. the Fire have looked really good through the first half and should continue to impress. nothing's guaranteed yet however and the Fire need to finish the job to maintain their spot in the playoffs. LaCrosse is probably the most excited team right now just to have won an easy game in week 8 after struggling through the west's 4 consecutive team gauntlet. because of that LaCrosse needs to take advantage of their schedule if they want to hold onto the 8th seed or move up. this is going to be a good test for both teams to see who's in charge of the middle seeds. 31-27 LaCrosse.
Death Valley Devils VS Chinese Bandits ... DVD's got a tough climb to get back in the playoff hunt but i think they'll be able to get it done with 4 games remaining that are basically gimme's. DVD needs to use this game and the next to iron out their details and steal atleast a couple wins. the Bandits have pretty much mailed it in this season. 55-21 DVD.
N'awlins Voodoo VS Farkistan Demons ... N'awlins and their rediculous wide receiver just ran the gauntlet and we'll see if they came out stronger or just worn down. Farkistan's not up to form this season and are a favored opponent because of their place in the schedule for most teams. N'awlins yall need to play some defense and near run the table to stay in this thing and i think yall can. 62-33 N'awlins.
