I can explain in this way
If you win it was by the quality of the team you played plus your last value plus total points scored for and against
If you lose its the quality of team you played plus your last value and it judges you by the team you played points scored and points against

hope you can understand...I got this from a friend in the USA league

PS: Interesting, but not surprising, to note that the 5 teams that won in East V West in Week 1 are in the top 6 in East. Only Bloodweiser is the odd man out. Our bad.
