hey.
One of the players on my team is unhappy about playing time(im sure a few of yuo as owners have experienced that)
He wanted to be released (of course right after I paid for both of his players equip)
I told him that I will look for a replacement but he needs to help me find replacements if he wants it expedited.
One player is until season 8 day 40 the other is season 7 day 40.

So anyways now I received the Bully PM from him that he will give the league all of our team plans and all of our player builds, in order to F*** me and that he will not level up his player and such.

I am able to block his forum access but dont want to make everyone on the team have to close their player builds to the team.

So, he may approach you guys with my team info,
I'm just lettign you guys knwo in advance and Im sorry if he does reach out and bothers any of you all.

I have a level 15 HB stuck on a new eastern europe team with an AWESOME build and the owner is playing two ridiculous HB's ahead of him.. and it bothers me but I haven't and won't complain nor will I ruin his team! Jeez... what a jerk..

If your upset about playing time.. wait till your contract runs out and LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!

I've actually thought about that
but 2 things
1) I would like to get a replacement for him and find hiim a team he can be happy on
2) Im not 100% that me being a mod if it shows a good presedent that I ship someone to a Jail team

im sure that you would do fine with just 3 G's and 4 CB's just trade the bum away

just trade him to anyone willing to buy him

you get cash and a grief player off the team. you may need a replacement but you can try and find him as and when then. i wouldnt leave a rotten apple on your team pal.

i feel for you. im very lucky i havent had too much issues (touches wood) with guys being arses.

The good thing this does not happen much.
This only the second player Ive had this problem with and the otehr was on another team.

We just played you, but if i hear or see anything about him letting stuff out to others i'll pass it on to you. I also GM/play on the Bones in Zeta so i'll keep my eye's and ears open there also.

Unless he offers to help out with a replacement and apologizes, give ZERO playing time and let him warm the bench. You can forward that PM to support and he'll get screwed. They do not tolerate that behavior.

If you made a sincere effort to accommodate him and he still pulls that crap, tell him to buy his own team and enjoy the headaches from ingrates like him.

well, he got mad because I ve been switching my Cb's around in the games, playing on strengths and he is mad because he wants to be the #2 and I had him at a few games at #4 CB, In the meantime I have like 3 other guys on the team of higher lev and better build then him. But he has to be the #2, like it is an insult or something to be asked to help your team out and playing at your strength.

He doesn't realize that as an owner we can't just release a guy on a whim. We pay good money for their equip. and our team takes a chemistry hit.

He is putting himself above the team. it sucks.

He is also blaming our rough season entirely on me moving him from 2- 4. Saying that we are losing because of it.

I am like wake up we got promoted to a tough league and are out-matched, you being #4 is not the reason why we are losing lol.

Maybe if he knew what a good build was and asked for advice to improve and get into stronger role on the team then maybe he might get something approximating more of what he wanted. Screw him - a lot of owners who are contacted by guys like that report them too. What does he care that much about anyway? If he gets the max xp or close to it and the team is doing well then it should be no problem. I guess people are glory hounds who only care about themselves. It's only a sim game anyway FFS. Maybe he thinks he singlehandedly can take you to the playoffs. See how T.O. got the Cowboys to the playoffs this season?!?!?!
