Since I'm not an owner and I want my owner to have a say I'm gonna start this.

Will have an Owners Poll with the top 5 teams in each conference as voted by the owners if you are an owner and want to do this post and I'll add your team to the list I'm going to make below so everyone knows what teams are voting.

Owners should not vote for their own teams. That's typically how these types of polls are conducted to avoid bias.

The only way not voting for your own team works is if every team votes. Otherwise, the results will be tilted toward the team/teams that don't participate.

Rhodesia Ratels are in, I guess. All I have to do is check a box, right?

Edit: If every one but you votes for your team then they will be at the top. I don't see how an owner not participating will make his team get more first place votes.
