Well this week we had the game of the Week in EEA1 as two great teams in alpha met up in The Donetsk Forge as the 4-0 DC Redskins (4-0) Met the Donetsk Hammers (3-1). The game was a hard fought one but the Redskins Defense was too much for the Hammers to handle as the hammers were sacked 6 times and had a total of -25 rushing yards. Was a physical matchup. Steam rolling through Alpha The Redskins beat a top team in Alpha this week in a one sided game only allowing 3 points to the Hammers. These guys are gamers, They come to play every game, with great depth and a Top Notch Defensive Coordinator in Skinzfan, the Redskins look to keep winning and eventually face the Best of Zeta in the Championship. But thats no guarantee there are still games to be played.
Prediction-15-1, one loss to bring the team back to reality.
2. Siberian Express, 5-0, 8-8 at this point last season 2-3
Out leveled by both the Redskins and Smexies the Express use their chemistry to win games with the great RB tandem of Eric. Dickerson and The Balrog the Express seem to be a top contender in Alpha, can easily hang with the big dogs with leader ship from QB J.Utah expect to see the Express to be a great team for the remainder of the season and be a scary team in the playoffs.
Prediction-15-1, Chemistry will take this team to the top, Dominant Alpha Team
3.Illegal Smexies, 5-0, Last season 5-10-1 at this point last season 1-4
Well after being a cupcake team last season the smexies are the real deal this season starting off on fire, the only thing that has them at number 3 is the extreme lack of depth on the Offensive Line they only have 2 centers 1 guard and 2 OT. those big guys seem to get tired late, that is the only weakness on this team as their Defense is very very deep.
Season End Prediction 14-2 Will go far in the playoffs great owner and team
4. Donetsk Hammers, 3-2, at this point last season 2-3
The Hammers are a good team but are not elite yet, they lack depth at a few key positions, that was holding them back, although they lost to DC their status as a good team in Alpha still remains. They have acquired a few new players in the last few days, so that should help them a bit
