Look out... Mean Machine quietly steals a share of the #1 ranking from the Invaders. With West Scranton dominating all of GLB in both game play and discussion, MM has been somewhat overlooked (as much as a #2 ranking can be) this season by the large shadow that the Invaders cast. It wasnt long ago that Mean Machine were the OPL Champs and were considered to be THE team to beat in all of GLB. The OPL coaches have spoken... it is no longer West Scranton and the rest.

Week 4 Top Ten
1. West Scranton Invaders 156 (9)
1. Mean Machine 156 (2)
3. Tonga Ikale Tahi 135
4. Cook Island Convicts 126.5
5. Orlando Prime Timers 117.5
6. Brisbane Heat 112.5
7. Banzai Pipeline 'Nites 103.5
8. So Cal BDC 98.5
9. Cascade Cajun Crushers 51
10. Papua New Guinea Cannibals 50

Hiding In The Bushes
Vanuatu Kava Sharks 46, Mata-Utu Voodoo 34, Playboy's Players Club 33, Canberra Strike 32, Melbourne Thorny Devils 23, Sth Queensland Crushers 22, Fiji Stingers 6, Fakaofo Bomb Squad 6, Samoa Gangsters 4, Tasmania Swarm 1, Fiji Sea Turtles 1

Dropped From The Top 10
Playboy's Players Club

Eleven teams participated this week.
() denotes first places votes

Fun Facts: -none-

I awarded a first place vote with 15 points, 2nd with 14, and so on down the line. In the event of a tie an average of the two scores was awarded (ie. tie for 2nd results in an 8.5 for both).

Thanks to all those who voted this week!!!

can you list how many coaches from each conference have voted.

Might help to enhance the clarity of the poll.

Wow I actually missed the vote by a fair while. Sorry I couldn't get mine in.

The CCC are where they deserve to be - I wouldn't put them any of the top 8 or below any of the top 10.

Enjoy it......we are about to see what you are made of as you hit your stretch of games with WSI, MM, and TiT. Im curious to see how you stack up. Good luck.

Im predicting 1-2 during that stretch, but hoping to see you go 2-1 to put a little fear in Alpha.

I'm looking forward to the challenge as the OC/DC of Orlando. I'm not liking the fact that the games are back-to-back-to back though. That's going to be a lot of work to coordinate/scout in such a short period of time. Oh well, at least we will pop our Alpha cherry quickly, and get it over with.

You can't overlook your games before that against Papua New Guinea Cannibals, Brisbane Bandits and Cascade Cajun Crushers... Ok, just PNGC and CCC.

BTW, beenlurken, in the "Hiding In The Bushes" section, you have the Fiji Stingers as having received 6 votes and also as having received 1 vote. Maybe one of them is the Fiji Sea Turtles?

Thanks for the vote of confidence Hap but the Bandits have as much of a chance as CCC to steel a victory against anyone. I predict Orlando will finish 3rd loosing to TIT, WSI, MM. The Playboy game could be a toss up for them on paper they should handle CCC, BB and PNC with ease. We have all seen in the past, anything can happen in O-Pro, well except maybe get the last word on McGruff or block Adam Avalanche.

Man, tough start to the season for FBS. We've lost to #'s 6, 8 and 10 - and our next 3 games: TiTs, Mean Machine, West Scranton.

Pro is tough.

The spirits ... they speak to me of your future ... it is unclear ... is the number 6 important to you?

edit: Seriously, that's a rough schedule. You guys have a pretty decent team; if you start the season 1-6 that really speaks to how tough O-PRO is and what kind of schedule you had to endure much more than it says anything about FBS.

Indeed...O-Pro as a whole is the toughest league in GLB.

LOL. Given our next 3 games, 1-6 is certainly a possibility. We'd like to avoid that of course. It would be much nicer to come out of it 4-3.
