Cincinnati Cardinals: Previous: 10
Well the Demos had a cold and rainy trip to the home of the Bengals but sadly found the Cards instead. The Cards had 2 HBs over 8 yards a carry. The End. Matchup: North Bay

Alberta Irukandji: 9.83 Previous: 9.80
The Urkels paid a visit to the birthplace of the Chicken, only not in Kentucky. They enjoyed the Chicken fried, baked, on a stick, with a hogie but mainly pureed. 13 yards a pass should just about do it. OH! and and the D did ok too, allowing less than 3 rushing and 5 passing. 5 sacks and 15 hurries by that squad added to the feast. Matchup: Vikes

Manitoba Maulers: 8.75 Previous: 8.5
The Rancho QB got laid out 7 times during a dismantling of that squad by the Mighty Maulers. The Mauler DEs need to get laid worse than the kids from 6YP (that's a east team in case you west guys have already forgotten the forgettable j/k). Matchup: Flightless Birds.

North Bay Drift: 8.5 Previous: 8
255-0. While mopping up the Thrash. Drift punter Warden Crocker had some much needed time at the Ghey Spa. Matchup: Small Red Insignificant Song Birds

Vancouver Vikings: 8 Previous: 7.5
Lions came to town and found a buzzsaw shaped like a Viking sword. Vikes decimated the Lions rushing and passing attack, only relinquishing 252 total yards. Although there were no standout offensive performances the Vikes certainly asserted their will on the over-matched Lions squad. Matchup: Urkels

Edmonton Thunderchiefs: 7.5 Previous: 7
What kinda mascot is a Thunderunknown? I would think one of the 'things' that they come up with for the Olympics would be a good match. You can see one of those up close and still wonder "WTF was that!" as you are walking off. Well whatever it is, it mopped the Dragons one side then then other. 516 unknown yards to Canada's 298 (including a 50 yard score). What a fun team to keep up with. Matchup: Manitoba Lions

Laval Crusaders: 7 Previous: 7.5
Laval slipped by the Fish but only managed to prove that they are only slightly larger fish themselves. I guess in this case Darwin only proved that tiny fish get eaten by fractionally larger fish. The Crusaders allowed Victoria to throw the pixelated football hither and yon. Not a very good D display at all. Matchup: Dragons

Manitoba Lions: 6 Previous: 6.5
So Vancouver, sweet sweet Vancouver. I would have liked to see a bit more of a balanced game from you guys. I guess you guys just couldn't keep the O on the field. (59 total plays). I guess the D just really got worked over. Not a bad per play average from your D squad in the end. For a 3 rating point favorite I would say that loss is concerning. Buck up, still time to find your grove. Matchup: Thunderunknowns

Fhockey.com Demos: 5.5 Previous: 6.5
Well if you came into that game hoping that the Urkels would try to pass on you, then I guess you would call that success. That kinda works as long as you don't consider the 'face raping' 300+ the rushing game dropped on you. I think you might need an offense transplant. I hear they have made great strides with those. The offense was really just offensive. 17/48 passing, 2.9 average rushing. Hope you guys come around. If you don't, I think you all should be barred from CA#5 forums with the "taking this seriously this season" rhetoric. Matchup: Moose Jaw

Rancho Penasquitos Thunderbolts: 6 Previous: 6
Tough string of games to start S7 with the Rats, Urkels, and Maul. All losses but some encouraging things in there. S6 you guys made waves in some games, got something in store for us this season? Maulers took you behind the shed and tanned your bottom. FMMP due this week, really a chance to show you belong in tier 2. Matchup: FMMP

Moose Jaw Roughriders: 6 Previous: 5.5
Roughhousers took care of business over a matchup favorite in FMMP. Efficient running and passing. Defense was serviceable but it was competition that had really struggled. Hard to say what that means going forward. You guys have a chance to make your S7 splash this game. So whats the story, morning glory? Matchup: Demos

Arroz Con Pollo: 5 Previous: 6
I think I googled up the answer for you guys! Up Down Up Down Left Right Left Right B A Start! Urkels did the Urkel dance at your house. Some promise in your passing I game I guess, but that D is 30th in the league now, worst vs. the pass. Lets get some Liquid Cork and get those holes plugged, you are going to drown us all! Matchup: The Maul

Fort McMurray Mounted Police: 5 Previous: 6
Some improvement for the Moosers game (even though they were a matchup dog going in). That offense is still sputtering but maybe you guys can find the loose wire. Really would have meant something if you could have taken care of the Roughriders. Matchup: Rancho

Canada Dragons: 4.5 Previous: 5
Thunderunknown team put it to you guys. Thunder allowed the Dragons O only 52 plays in witch to do their thing, and that was not much. Running game really sputtered with only 1.9 yards a play production. Not gonna win you many games doing that. There is something positive to note, that pass D seemed to do pretty well just looking at the numbers. 26/46 and 6.6 per pass. Not too bad considering your secondary had to run around 83 plays due to the pressure the offense put on them buy not holding onto the ball. Matchup: Laval

Victoria Fish: 4 Previous: 4
So the Fish find themselves in another game and lost. Wonder what kind of impact game plans have on winning dotball games? Wake up over there and put forth an effort. Matchup: One you can win (maybe) Thrash.

Saskatchewan Thrashers: 0.001 Previous: 0.01
Bumblebee Tuna. Matchup: Fish.

Cheers!

You go up in rankings by beating on the Thrash? Really?

And yeah I'm pushy. I love the double-upped rankings in this league... was thinking about comparing the numberical to analytical to see where descrepencies exist....

Or would that be too simple?

Sure the Drift get a .5 bump. Its freaking hard to get a max score/min score since bort changed that stuff.

The Fish get garbage ever since they came in the forums talking about how they don't try or game plan. That is the freaking purpose of the game.

The Fish want to try? Then they will get some respect from me. Until then don't expect anything other than that.

Cheers!

Why?

Cincinnati Cardinals (1) vs: North Bay (4)
Cardnials win, I'm guessing 3:2 score.

Alberta Irukandji: (2) vs. Vancouver Vikings (5)
Irukandji win.

Manitoba Maulers (3) vs Arroz Con Pollo (:12)
Maulers win. (Sorry Chicken, but that is how I am calling it)

I expect to see the top 5 per Crockrh to be the following:

Cincinnati Cardnials
Alberta Irukandji
North Bay Drift
Manitoba Maulers
Vancouver Vikings

Booted my OC after the last game. We should be in better shape for the future.

Of course I said that last game.

Well I can't be so sure that we'll beat the Vikings. They upset us last year and until we prove we can beat them I'm going to think that they will beat us.
