Prince Edward Island vs. Ontario Coyotes
Three weeks into the season and the Royals are really looking impressive. Last week they managed to keep a talented Barrel Riders team in check, while posting good rushing and passing numbers. The Coyotes on the other side are comming off a nice win, as they shellacked a Recon team that won't be ambushing anyone this season. Looking towards the defensive side of the ball, it appears that PEI has a bit of an edge, but the Coyotes haven't been any slouches either. When it is all said and done, I'll take the Royalty, in a game that they should win pretty easily.

Victoria's Secret vs. Moose Factory Mounties
The Mounties are just way too much here for a Secret squad that has no bite to it's bark. They continue on their road of perfection, as Victoria keeps wandering down the path of futility.

South Manitoba Shady Devils vs. Quebec Eh's
Two former BBB champions face off this week, and I think both can attest to both the strength of their opponents teams, and the creativity of their coordinators. The Devils were fortunate to draw a CPU creampuff last week, and the Eh's are comming off a disappointing loss to one of the leagues powerhouses. It is difficult to compare stats as South Manitoba just padded their nicely last week, but I do think that the Shady Devils do hold a bit of an edge on the defensive side of the ball, so I'll take them here in a 24-17 game.

Great Bear Lake Shamans vs. Calgary Jaguars
This game pits two 1-2 teams against each other. The Jaguars, are a team that is familiar with A1, and it showed with a nice win over the Alberta Gangsters two weeks ago. The Shamans, are a promoted team who are still feeling their way out here. Both teams pass pretty efficiently, but neither has found any success grinding it out. Without too much information to disect here, I'll take the Jaguars to win this one by about ten.

Kodiac Bears vs. Vancouver Jaguars
I was pretty impressed with the Bears win over the Shamans last week. Obviously I picked that game to be considerably closer then what it turned out as, and I think a big reason that they were able to win as easily as they did was a direct result of them being able to put the clamps down on the run game, and then they turned their dog's loose on Shaman's QB Cannon Jackson. This week they draw a game that should be as close to an automatic win as there is. Vancouver has not given up fewer then 100 points yet this season, and I fully expect that trend to continue. Kodiak puts up a boatload of points and subs in the scrubs before the 3rd quarter starts.

Toronto Peace vs. Queensland Exiles
This promises to be a good game, and one that I'm sure is turning into a nice little rivalry. Queensland got the best of the Peace twice their inaugeral season, but Toronto came back and got payback last season. Both teams faired pretty well their rookie seasons in the A leagues, and this year both have championship aspirations. Going into the game, the Exiles are comming off a difficult loss to a talented Gangsters team, while the Peace are still sporting an undefeated record. The Exiles are a superior offensive team statistically this season, and both take pride in their ability to stop the run. I expect that this game could go either way, but I'll take Toronto to remain unbeaten here in a nail biter.

Heartbreak Ridge Recons vs. Alberta Gangsters
Alberta laid claim to a very nice win last week by knocking off a talented Exiles team. The 2-1 Gangsters will easily claim a third this week as they play a Recons team who just doesn't have enough players who aren't CPU's.

Doom Mountain Demons vs. Niagra Falls Barrel Riders
I have a bit of experience with these two teams, and will vouch for both the talent on their teams, and the guys who pull the strings for their respective offenses and defenses. Both teams are 2-1 this season, and I expect both to make playoff pushes in their inaugeral seasons. Both teams are pretty equally matched, but I will take the Demons to win this one fairly easily. I see a score in the range of 45-28.

Thanks for write up man, always fun to read! I'm definitely looking forward to our match against Queensland, always a fun match against a pretty classy team. I'm worried about this game but hopefully we'll come out of it 4-0!

Strom, Strom, Strom... hate to keep making you look foolish, but there should be a "k" at the end of Kodiak, not a "c". And...

You're already wrong, my friend. We don't put in the scrubs until the 4th quarter. We like our blowouts UGLY.

Just givin' ya a hard time, of course. Great write-ups! I hope you keep this up!

Spot on with your NFBR score, well done! We held their offense down a bit more than anticipated, though.
