Ok, I'll give this a try.
Toulouse Darkwolves vs. Bad Ems Stormtroopers
Toulouse is coming off a great victory over the Corsairs, even if they were helped early by a poor coaching decision. D-Wolves are going to be a top contender in alpha this year, while the stormtroopers are hoping they win a game soon. Toulouse falls a little flat and only wins by 45.
63-17 D-Wolves
Düsseldorf Bulldozer vs. N.Y. FLANDERS
Dozers get another easy one this week, as well as next. Flanders have a lot of work to do to compete in this league. Guess we will just have to wait two weeks to see how good the Pozers really are.
Pozers win 56-6
Hamburg Cheese vs. Rennes Corsairs
Hamburg has only faced one decent opponent, and it wasn't close. Corsairs are my favorite to win the league if they fix their AI. Corsairs have been battle-hardened through the first few weeks of this season, but they get a break this week.
Corsairs 70-7
Belfast Defiance vs. Besancon Bisons
The Defiance have also had a brutal schedule so far, but after their run late in the season last year, I am a believer. They get back on track in this game with their studly defense and I have faith they will pull their offense together as the season goes along.
Defiance win 49-0
Milan Ringhios vs Thessaloniki Macedonians
Milan has a good RB, Macedonians don't have a good run defense. Milan controls the ground game and the outcome.
23-13
The next three games are going to be great to determine where everyone in this league stands.
BCK vs. The Amsterdam Admirals
The Admirals boast the longest winning streak in alpha and I guarantee you BCK wants nothing more than to end that streak and show WEAA3 that they are among the elite in the conference, especially after the faulty AI loss to the Demons. Last week the Admirals won a thriller against the Stallions in a high scoring affair. TAA extends their streak to 20, but in usual BCK style, the scoring won't be that high.
TAA 16-10
Hattgenstein Volunteers vs. Italian Stallions
This will be another Vols and Stals classic, albeit one where neither team is completely content with how the season has gone so far compared to previous seasons games. The series is tied 2-2 in non-scrimmage games with the biggest win coming by 7 points back in season 3. Jay is upset at his performance so far and the Stals come off a little flat after last weeks performance. Vols win in my upset pick of the week.
Vols 28-27
Game of the Week
Munich Maniax vs. Fareham Demons
The AX have a stellar team and they believe they own this division, as many others do. The Demons have proven so far that they belong in the elite of the conference, boasting one of the toughest schedules yet and coming out on top in every game, including i destruction of a very good Belfast team. So far in this early season, these teams are my second and third favorites to win the conference. In a preview to what I believe will be a great playoff matchup, the AX go on to win their toughest game yet.
AX 21-17
