Cincinnati Cardinals: 10 Previous: 10
Found an improved FMMP defense last week and managed to win easily enough thanks to the Cards D. Cards only gave up 2.99 yards/play. Very sexy. Matchup: Demos

Alberta Irukandji: 9.80 Previous: 9.75
Solid whipping of the Rancho squad in Alberta past week. 21 fourth quarter points made it look less dominating, but we all know what went on, namely 600+ for the 'Berta Urkels. Matchup: Original Recipe

Manitoba Maulers: 8.5 Previous: 7
Manitobaians ran rough-shot over Moose Jaw. Both sides of the ball, both air and ground. Moose Jaw certainly had a teary ride out of Manitoba that night. Really no area left un-dominated here. Definitely much better looking team than the one vs. 6YP. Matchup: a "Growing Backwards" Rancho team (Not "Growing Backwards" awesomeness like Benjamin Button, just growing backwards).

North Bay Drift: 8 Previous: 8
Ugly, ugly Offensive performance from the Flakes vs. Laval or outstanding D effort from the Crusaders. Either way squeaky win for the Drift. They would be due a jump in the rankings, but you can't reward an ugly win (unless this was the BCS, and it's not). Matchup: Auto-win.

Laval Crusaders: 7.5 Previous: 6
Gutsy performance at North Bay. Good solid game planning. Need to get that rushing game on track for the big matchups for sure. Maybe your cholesterol is elevated...I prescribe a good dose of fish oil. Matchup: Victoria

Vancouver Vikings: 7.5 Previous: 8
Sad little win over the Unknowns. True it was a win. However underwear from the Trift Store are also underwear, I just wouldn't own any. "Don't spend that one rushing yard in one place" ~ what my grandma used to say. Thats a rushing average of .0384615. Thats just unpleasent. Matchup: Mani Lions

Edmonton Thunderchiefs: 7 Previous: 7
So the Thunderunknowns are more known after a quality loss over the Vikes (who knew this even existed). Ed allowed only 1 yard to the Vikings running game (on 26 tries...3 sacks). Very impressive. I guess we should all sit around and wait for something impressive from that offense. Matchup: The Dragons from the North.

Fhockey.com Demos: 6.5 Previous: 6.5
Hope you had fun playing house with the Thrash. Welcoming in the Cards this week. You guys talked about really focusing this season, now is the chance to prove you guys are not just full of hot air. GLB says this matchup is even steven. I think not, so prove me wrong. Matchup: Mighty Red Birds

Manitoba Lions: 6.5 Previous: 5
Well you have won again. Unfortunatly I am not sure what a vicory over the Pollo really means. Good looking O game plan and servicable D. Who really knows what you guys can do. Well one thing comes to mind. Beat the Vikes this week and prove yourselves. Matchup: Vikes

Arroz Con Pollo: 6 Previous: 7
Are the Lions that good? Well lets not go crazy! Another unfortunate Pollo loss. I hope they avoid the 0-2 tailspin. Good offensive numbers but couldn't stop Rack and crew when you needed it. That first half fumbled kickoff was unfortunate. Looks like the Chickens get a bit weary late in the game too. Matchup: Urkels. Ouch.

Rancho Penasquitos Thunderbolts: 6 Previous: 6.5
So I bet you guys are ready for a break. That D has to be weary! Urkels put a smacking to you for sure. Better get your Snoopy band-aids on because here come the Maulers. Matchup: Manitoba Maul

Fort McMurray Mounted Police: 6 Previous: 6.5
Well your D showed up vs. the Cards. Holding them to 400 yards and 24 points is respectable I guess. Definitely showing some progress. Now lets get that O on board. Matchup: Bruised and battered Moose Jaw.

Moose Jaw Roughriders: 5.5 Previous: 6
Not much to show vs. Manitoba this week. I was disappointed. You guys might have just proven you are not quite ready for prime time. Will be interesting to see how your O improves here forward. I would say you need to show something vs. FMMP to show that you are in fact tier 2. Matchup: Welcoming in the Mounts

Canada Dragons: 5 Previous: 6
Wow. Not what you want to see. Victoria with the FG to win. Gotta have some stale attitudes in that locker room. I would pay attention this week for sure. No reason you cant compete with the Thunderunknowns. Matchup: Edmonton

Victoria Fish: 4 Previous: 3
One thing that really creeps me out about fish is that whole breathing underwater thing, I mean come on, its unnatural! You guys were definitely breathing underwater by beating the Dragons. I think your GMs should stop chatting about not game planning. For the love of Pete, Rock Band will not get you laid, put it down and start game planning. Prove you guys are not a waste of time and beat the Crusaders! Matchup: Laval

Saskatchewan Thrashers: 0.01 Previous: 0.1
You know what else is cute? Baby Pandas. Matchup: Drift.

For generally being a Dbag and blowing power ranking v. 2. Matchup: v. 3.

I like these even if Arroz keeps falling. We are suffering from several life threatening problems that will not leave us alone.

I love original recipe! It's about time they made those strips out of it too.

This is also an example for all of us. It is very important when naming your team and your children that you pick a name that will be less likely to inspire creativity!

Classic. That might be the funniest one liner I've every seen on GLB.

The O is on board, but the killer was the receivers. Our QB was 10/24. 12 of those incompletions were pass deflections and the other 2 were drops. I put that on the receivers not getting separation from the CB's. 3 out of 4 of my WR's used a 3x boost to help with that, so we should avoid that problem in the future.

But at least we didn't attempt a 104 FG!

C'mon now, you're ranking them ahead of my guys and saying they won? Thats messed up man. The Thunderchiefs are definitely a better team than a lot of people thought they'd be though.

ummmmmm I think you have that east west thing twisted..........lol

Yeah it is definitely twisted. If you wanted rankings for th east you should have beaten us in the first week of the season. when you win you get these kinds of privileges.

Someone is Mr. Party Pooper.

Anyways, we did beat our West opponent in week 1. Tough game, I believe it was decided by an overtime FG. Just like how we beat you guys by an overtime FG in our scrimmage. For which I understand you didn't gameplan and were probably still all on vacation. But I can still cherish that little 'W'.
