Warrior General Games

Alright everyone, we are 3 weeks in now and I want to run some things by you all.

1) How does everyone feel about increasing the coaches poll to every other game or even every game? It's more work for everyone yes, but if you guys are timely with the ballots I can get them in before gametime each week... if wanted.

2)Do we want to stick with the current selection, letting you choose only your conference, or shall we go with a top 10 or top 15 or 16 from the entire league? I'd prefer this method, as since we have played some games now, we can start developing an idea of eachother.

3) The next ballots are due AFTER our next game. Try and get these in as soon as you can. Remember to post your TEAM NAME with Coaches Poll in the subject so I can make sure which teams voted.

So we PM the ballots to you? As far as how often we do this poll, I think every other game would be sufficient. It doesn't matter if we do the whole league idea or just the conferences to me. Only thing is we are probably more familiar with the teams in our respective conferences. It doesn't matter to me though, we can do the top 10 or 15 form the entire league like you suggested.

I'd like to do them once a week, keeps everything calm and lets us see trends and whatnot.

I would say every 3 to 4 weeks would be good. Every week would be more than what some coaches would want to do and it's not like we had a huge turnout for votes for the preseason rankings. Also I think picking your own conference is best I don't really look at the other conference no offense to our Western brethren.

I'm for keeping with every fourth game. I think if we do it too often the amount of votes will decrease. I would also prefer to stick with the individual Conference rankings over the entire league as it's hard to compare without playing each other more.

Alright guys, get them into me after the game tonight. We'll stick with every 4 games and only your own conference. I need them in quickly because it's takes time and I don't want to be be rushing this out right before sim time.

The deadline for this week is 2 PM EST Saturday
