I am apparently being exiled from the Hitmen- so on I am NOW a free agent... The only thing that has been said to me is because they didn't hear from me- I read the team forum, but its pretty dead... never got any message from anyone until saying I was replaced and I am welcome to stay and 'take some snaps'.... this after being told my qb would be the starter- I don't have a problem if changes are seen as an improvement, but don't try to blindside someone... I tried to see if everyone is in contact with the owner by posting a message saying what they had done to me in the team forum, but I was blocked from the forum within minutes.

You should read the forums sometimes. Your teammate, Bearphin, has been campaigning to get rid of you for awhile now.

Sailzy already explained that situation. I don't feel compelled to defend my words because It was a personal opinion, Awesome Lee is a better Quarterback and we have a better shot at winning with him. I am one who likes to speak his mind and will not hold back, anyone from BBB12 will tell you that.

but no I sent you a pm saying we want you as our QB but we need you to be more active. Is there anything wrong with an owner requesting that??? Secondly I think every guy here wants to win and with Awesome Lee we see that as an improvement. I offered to send you anywhere, cut you, or even keep you on as a second string QB with considerable PT. Not to mention, after i sent you a contract extention is wasnt accepted.

Your a good QB and a great agent, we just want a change in this new league. If you dont understand then thats fine, but as an owner I have to try and win above all else, I feel ive been fair with you and I understand why your upset, but Im trying to be as easy to deal with as possible.

Yeah, Salzy is a struggling person- if he had this plan of bringing in his friend, and don't be confused, that is why he is doing it- he told me so via the message system- why did he have a contract on the table for my QB? He is totally changing his story with every PM I receive from him- but like you say, consider myself lucky- now a free agent and rid of him. Its really to bad, the OC is cool as hell on that team and prety much the only that posts in the forum, besides when Salzy imposes his 'authority' by saying, Richone- Get on that, Richone, Do this... yada yada...


The only stat from last season that Runningham was involved with that was crappy was 28- sacks that is... but on pace to destroy that with 18 in 3 games this season- wonder what the problem is... hmmm.

Oh yeah, Salizy- you might want to retract the contract offer you have on the table for me... pure Genius at work..

wow, Rich is the only one that posts? I guess you're forgetting about jdawg, dbroncos, me, and a couple others that post every now and then. Maybe we dont' have the best forum, but I know we are getting a huge upgrade at QB. Sailzy is a good guy and does not deserve your mistreatment. The staff on the Hitmen is great and I would like to thank them for hiring me back. I got the deal done for Awesome Lee to come to Dallas, so if you have any beef it should be with me, not Sailzy.


p.s. That 63 QB rating should look nice posted on the Players looking for teams forum.

My problem is with Salizy because he couldn't man up and tell me the truth or anything at all for that matter- his story changes several times in the last 24 hours- from saying he was dumping me because I didn't reply to his messages, which was a wait of about 12 hours, then he said it was because he wanted a 2 QB system, and then to him wanting a different QB who belongs to his friend, to asking me to stay to play on 3rd downs and in the redzone..

QB rating is a result of the team...

Inconsistent or not, I know Sailzy and I know he was not trying to screw you. When I first mentioned to him about bringing in Awesome Lee, he stood behind you to the fullest extent, which is why Lee signed with another team, then after 2 games of not being up to par with last season, he decided he wanted to bring in someone who was more experienced and fitting to the system. The fact that he even offered to bench Lee on third downs and in the redzone for your player should be considered a complement.
