It's not much to go on, but, for what it's worth...

Western Conference

1 Fresno Fire 2-0-0 W22
They continue to roll and the next three games they could sleep walk through, then they'll finally be challenged in games 6-9, then back on the gray train until weeks, 15/16. They'll need to win 3/4 of the 6-9 game stretch to legitimize a title run.

2 Olympia Dollar Ninety Nines 2-0-0 W22
They won the first two, but struggles against clearly weaker teams. Ot looks like it's going to be a roller coaster season for them and this #2 position will begin slipping away soon.

3 North By Gawd Texas Tornado Humpers 2-0-0 W2
Looks like they under estimated Bortsville, but survived by riding the defenses shoulders handles Ohmaha as expected. They'll be streaky through the schedule and it will be intersting to see if the can hold on enough to unseat Fresno.

4 Pontiac War Kittens 1-1-0 W1
Pounded by Bristol in the opener and walked over the Stallions. They'll need to figure what the heck went wrong withs Bristol before games 5-9 hit them or it's going to get ugly fast.

5 Reno Marauders 1-1-0 W1
It's going to be another up and down season for Reno and somewhere along the line, they'll need to figure out how to upset someone if they plan on making it past the first round of the playoffs.

6 Allen Zephyrs CPU 1-1-0 W1
What can I cay? It's you vs. Bort and if you lose, you got owned by Bort.

7 Omaha Mavericks 1-1-0 L1
The put up a decent fight against Fort Worth in the 1st half of the opener, then went on vacation. They need to focus on what went right in that 1st half and replicate it if they have hope for the playoffs.

8 San Jose Chupacabra 1-1-0 W1
San Jose might be in trouble. They got owned by the Assasins and Jacktown had them dialed in. They might be in for an emotional season if this keeps up.

9 Los Angeles Majors 1-1-0 W1
Something went horribly wrong in the opener and they barely survived a team they clearly out match. They better figure something out fast since it's only going to get harder.

10 Jacktown Smackdown 0-2-0 L3
This is the surprise of the conference to me. It won't last long though and they should recover from a rocky start.

11 The Militia Minute Men 0-2-0 L3
The first half of the season is rough, but it looks like they improved from the opener to the second game by a huge margin. If they can keep that up, they'll put up some decent fights when they're not expected to.

12 Omaha Invaders 0-2-0 L11
Pounded in the opener and thumped against the Zephyrs. Given the level of talen they have, I'm surprised they've scored anything to date. Give them a few seasons and they'll be tough to deal with I think.

13 D.C. Sonics 0-2-0 L3
I think it's safe to say they they were upset by the Shockers given all of the INA players, yet forced Fresno to have to rally in the 4th to secure the win. They won't be here for long and We should see them upset a few before it's all said and done.

14 Bay Area Bastards 0-2-0 L3
Again, it looks like they made adjustments after getting pummeled in the opener, but it's still going to be a long season because I have a suspicion that there's some wrong with the structure of the team.

15 Riders On The Storm 0-2-0 L8
Going to be a really long season.

16 Cincinnati Stallions CPU 0-2-0 L3
Right where they belong.

Eastern Conference

1 New York Warriors 2-0-0 W2
Easy street for now, but it's going to get rough quick.

2 American Freedom 2-0-0 W2
Just like the Warriors, they've been on easy street and it's about to get rough for them too.

3 Anonymous Assassins 2-0-0 W2
They upset San Jose in the opener and pounded Bortsville to follow up. They're playing better than the look, so don't read the cover.

4 Eleven Wise Monkeys 2-0-0 W2
Solid wins, wich I think is going to be the norm with the exception of a few bumps here and there.

5 Louisville Nighthawks 2-0-0 W4
Strong wins and like the the teams above them, the pecking order will start to get sorted out in the middle of the season the the top teams start playing each other.

6 Bristol Bullets 2-0-0 W2
Clearly beat equal competition in both games and were consistant with both games. They'll need to keep that going all season, but I can't help but wonder if due to the consistancy, are they revealing too much too soon?

7 San Francisco Demons 2-0-0 W2
Beating teams with expected results and they aren't an underdog against anyone at this point, but I really doubt that they'll keep the season undefeated.

8 Kentucky Jaguars 1-1-0 L1
Finally, a team that's lost a game. They still fought EWM though we all know there's no love lost there.

9 Space Coast Storm Surge 1-1-0 L1
It's safe to say they were upset by the Knighthawks and that can't happen too often since there's just too much talent in the conference.

10 Megatropolis Tigers 1-1-0 L1
Right where we should expect them to be, but they better figure out a way to stop the bleeding that the Warriors started or the next 4 games realistically could define the rest of their season.

11 Home Town Shockers 1-1-0 L1
With all of those INAs not spending skill points, it's going to catch up with them eventually.

12 French Lick Dirty Whorns 1-1-0 W1
They've got some roster issues that probably won't get fixed anytime soon and by then it'll be too late anyway. They'll win few more, but not many.

13 Tri-Cities Fever 1-1-0 L1
Talk about a swing the opposite direction. Handling Jacktown, then getting mauled by Bristol. They'll need to figure out what when wrong in hurry since the schedule doesn't let up until game 7 and the season could be over by then.

14 Fort Worth Warriors 0-2-0 L3
It's going to be a long season and to win any games and make the playoffs, they'll need a string of upsets.

15 Compton Panthers 0-2-0 L5
They did much better than expected and if they can keep making the improvements the made from week 1 to week 2, they'll be flirting with edging into the playoffs.

16 Bortsville Mystery Nerf 0-2-0 L3
Rather odd to see them here, but they are still playing above their build level. It's going to be a long season, but they'll be opening a lot eyes none the less.

Of course, we already know about you so, you will not be surprising us. Good luck in the game and hopefully we can come out on top this time.

Nice write up.We,ve already figured out what went wrong in game 1. Bort made the sim horseshit against poweerr running. My MLB made 12 percent of his tackles. I'll share this with every team out there, if you can make my 70 strength MLB miss 7 of 8 tackles you will beat us. (Still a touch bitter on that one).

If it makes you feel any better, I think they nerf'ed the power running.

I'm a little tense about the game today, tbh. We've played you twice already, so we have to pull out some new tricks. Our HB won't be gathering up 12 passes for 300 yds, I can tell you that much.

I guess we will see. We always play you close in the first half, but as always, the game will be determined in the second half. We have always outleveled you, but you have always outplayed us. Kudos to great gameplanning and great builds.

Good luck in the game and hopefully we meet again in the conference championship like last season!

It's hard to tell how badly something is nerfed compared to RL expectations as opposed to previous season GLB expectations IMO.

Look at this list of RL backs ranged roughly from Power to Elusive showing their average yards and their weight...with our Leagues leading backs in bold.

Deeky 7.8 244
Stewart 4.5 235
Jackson 4.3 231
Forte 4.0 222
Tomlinson 4.4 221
Stefani 8.4 219
Brown 6 219
Williams 5.5 217
Peterson 5.2 217
Ross 3.7 217
Lynch 4.1 215
Jones-Drew 4.8 210
Stomper 7.5 204
Day 6.6 202
Bell 9.7 196
Kelley 5.9 194
Gorm 9.1 195
Mayes 6.6 182

It's just for fun, but is interesting to see how it all matches up...but the better GLB backs, be they power combo or elusive seem to be twice as good as RL backs and the mid-range GLB backs are about equal to the best RL backs performance based off an unscientific quick perusal of the three leagues I own/gm teams on.

Admittedly if you look at career production the GLB numbers come down some, but they are still better than the best the NFL has to offer...and thats on the average!
