Because of the 1st game being a cross conference game, the future scores are very screwed up atm. However, it still does have tentative rankings for the season. Once a game or 2 happens within the actual conferences then the scores will become more precise and the standings will change. I'll start doing a game by game posting for each conference at that point if people are interested. I'll edit this one to list the most current season ranking predictions.

UPDATE 1/7/09 (after week 3). New predictions up from the simulator, based upon more empirical data (conference games):

Lion Conference:

BALTIMORE BALLERS 0-16 (was 0-16)
Cape Town Cowboys 1-15 (was 1-15)

Yeah you should see the current predictions. It has teams winning 2500 to 150 and such. Just for shits and giggles I tossed in a loss to one of the teams predicted to be 16-0 and it changed to 13-3. There's still a drastic change in line but after week 3 or so it'll be pretty accurate.

Thanks Noah. I was indignant for a minute until I realized it was week 1. Hopefully we can create a trend upwards in the rankings in the next couple of weeks.

Also - the conan thing is killing me.

Quiçama Park Rangers 11-5
Richards Bay Raging Redskins 14-2
South African Ratels 9-7
Tanzania Lumberjacks 6-10
Tanzania Mountaineers 13-3
Zambezi Silverbacks 16-0

Elephant Conference:

Cairo Cougars 8-8
Eazy Company Elitez 0-16
E'ci FAlkruns 16-0
Ethiopia Famine 1-15
Free For All Elite 7-9
Happy Hour 13-3
Ivory Coast Kings 2-14
MaRAWK!! o 10-6
Seychelles Roosters 14-2
Rundu Rhino Rush 3-13
Shawnee Whiskey Tango 4-12
Springfield Isotopes 15-1
The Chad OchoCinco 11-5
