I know i dont belong here but i have been checking this out because i was told of a thing about boltz.
You know i dont like you but here is some advice. If you have to ask for respect you dont deserve it. You need to earn it. All of your bragging about your team is fine and all but you need to establish your team as a good one before you go out and brag yourselves up. I dont mean good as in 10-6 good i mean good as potential champs every year not 6 7 or 8th seeds. Also its not because your young that you do dumb stuff. Im about as old as you are if your 16. Being young doesnt mean anything but that you dont have as much worldly knowledge as other people. By this time in your life you should be able to see what your actions will do to you as you go on. Another thing that a lot of people and probably your team will agree with me is that you need to stop changeing your names and everything for your team. Avatar is ok but the name needs to stay the same so you have some consistency and so your players can feel safe instead of you always changing things. They may feel that you might one day just up and trade them without saying anything. Next is your posting.When something doesnt go your way dont turn to name calling or bullying. Also type what you want in your post up first then read it once, think about what may happen if you post this and if there is any potential of being flamed. If you get in an arguement with someone and you dont have anything reasonable to say just take a step away from the computer and get a breath of fresh air and think. That is one reason why you piss me off so much is that you do not know when to stop and let it go. As for your suggestions. Read the NGTH list and then post your suggestions. Dont post anything that was posted already on the first page and that you know is stupid. If you do post anything give at least 3 valid points in why it is a good suggestion and some more points in why it should happen. DO NOT post anything about the GLBPA because you never come up with any ideas for that on your own and at this time if you do associate your self with the PA, the organization will lose some respect and support.
Thats it for me. I probably have more to add i just cant think of it now.

Somewhere in there is some pretty sagely advice. Your actions have consequences and reactions. You should learn this. When you do something (and continue doing it consistently over a long period of time) you can't expect to turn things around overnight. It takes time.

Well USA A#2 had a team and its stupid members destroy the entire league forum for over a season...never seen so many threads being locked! We had 3-4 mods in the forum at all times...crazy stuff
