It's time to kick off the Season 7 Coaches Poll!!!

For those new to the Pro league, each team must decide on one representative (whether it be the owner / a gm / or a player) to submit the teams top 15 for all of Oceania Pro (Zeta/Alpha combined) to me via pm. After each weeks games I will take submissions from team reps up until the night before the next game (sometimes I will wait till the morning of gametime to post if there is low participation that week... rule of thumb if the poll isnt posted it is not too late to submit a vote). Lastly, I ask for a top 15 to be submitted by I only post a top 10, however there is an "Others Receiving Votes" section where those who did not make the top 10 are recognized.

I will try to use this thread solely for the purpose of a reminder bump. I will also update the list below with each team rep so each team knows whether they have a rep or not. Below is the list of teams with last years (assuming this years) reps. If you are listed below and no longer wish to (or are able to) be the team rep, or if the team rep below has left the team, please find a replacement so we can have maximum participation for this poll. Lastly, this poll is only as good as its participation from the team reps and I am hoping for strong participation with amount of quality teams in OPL this season.

Please lets try to keep the poll discussions to the actual weekly poll thread... also please dont share individual rankings until after I have post the weekly coaches poll (so as not influence others votes)... thanks

Some minor changes this year...

There will be a preseason poll that I will post the night before the 1st regular season game (preseason poll voting is now open). You may submit now or wait to see some of the preseason games before submitting.

In conjunction with the above, week 1 poll/voting will take place following the week 1 game. I think it was confusing in seasons past when I had yall vote for the week before the game was played (ie. week 1 voting before week 1 game). The final poll of the season will be the Week 16 Poll.

The deadline to submit coaches poll voting for the week/game will be the night before the next game is played. I think part of the problem with getting consistent participation is I have not had a consistent deadline as to when votes must be submitted. On rare occasions I may wait til the day of the next game to submit the poll (whether it be that I was not physically able to do it the night before or I waited for more votes), but for consistency purposes expect me to submit the results the night before so please do not wait until the day of the next game to submit. Team reps remember, rule of thumb is if you do not see the results posted then it is not too late to submit your top 15 (I always refresh my inbox before I submit to poll for any last second submissions).

I will post the results before the start of Week 1 games (should be able to post it the night before, since there is plenty of time between now and then to get them in).

Wow I wasn't really active in this last season but yep can't wait for the poll results to come in. I'm pretty sure other Crushers might send in the CCC's votes if I'm unable to.

Sign me up for the Orlando Prime Timers slot. Bushido does all the heavy lifting, so I need more to do.

Beer it turns out that Lurker s looking to pass the torch on to someone else for the Gods coaches poll representation. He asked me to do, so I'll be sending in our votes from now on. I'll try to be as good as Lurker about getting my vote in

Badshot will be handling the duties for PNG Cannibals.

I'm pretty sure that shutd0wn will handle it for BDC, but I might fill in from time to time.
