The little kids get real annoying.

Gears 1 was the same way (with screaming pre-pubescent kids and thug preteens who think saying "Fuck you Nigga" makes them cool) but it was good enough that I was able to ignore all that. I had a regular crew I played with as well which made it enjoyable. But the matchmaking system for Gears 2 makes it to the point that I dont want to play and the same little kids seem to have migrated over.

The CoD series seems to have a more mature following which makes it great. Ive been addicted since the Gamecube version and have probably logged the most time of any games on my 360 on CoD2 and CoD4. I just picked up 5 and am getting back into the groove of things. Ive got no problems with smack talk, I just cant stand the 5 year old and the anoying screech every time he dies. Not everything is "bullshit!"

I was thinking about it today, and I forgot that you can't customize, unlock weapons, or complete challenges in Halo. Weak sauce.
