All I need is one quality CB. That's it, just one!! My recruiting will be finished (at least for my team). I've fired out 90 or so contracts, and still, no CB!!1!

this seems to be a common theme as we get higher in lvls. the lack of teams, the recruits wanting starting positions which most likely will not be a option, etc... are some of the issues that i have noticed.

It's not an easy task. The Parrots has the same problem.

You gotta love the recruiting process. One of these days I need to count how many overall offers I send out. I could hold a Masters in rejection here.

It isn't very hard. We've signed some great talent and we've been done with recruiting since day 41 or 42.

I can scout good players, but it's coming up with the words (sell) to get them. Do I follow up with a PM, or what??

I signed a WR right off. One of my agents has a friend with a LB that signed. All I needed afterwards was a CB. Still waiting....

Of course it helps to have those shiny new trophies on your mantle.

I'm in trouble then.

Recruiting will cause me to quit owning a team. I've had about enough of this BS to hold me a lifetime.

You're an OT & LB short of having a very full squad. I'm still waiting on the CB to sign. I only have four.
