Warrior General Games

Well there was a few problems with some of my players and resigning with them being above cap so im wondering does the cap rise in middle of next season and when? If any of you guys know it'd be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What does the next cap rise to? And when?

It raises to 28 at midseason (I think day 16) and then to 34 next offseason.
