List of new teams to the A-7 League

I'll list the ones I know. Let me know who came up from BBB 13 and who came down from AA-4

Ontario Beavers (East): Promoted from BBB-14 (League Champ)
Alberta Stampede (West): Promoted from BBB-14 (West Conf. Champ)
Grand Prairie Muskies (West): Promoted from BBB-14 (West Conf. Runner ups)
International Falls Bronkos (East): Promoted from BBB-14 (East Conf. Runner ups)

SquareEnix All-Stars (East) : Promoted from BBB-13 (League Champ)
Alberta Beef (West): Promoted from BBB-13 (West Conf. Champ)
Texas Assasins (East): Promoted from BBB-13 (East Conf. Runner ups)
Regina Outlaws (West): Promoted from BBB-13 (West Conf. Runner ups)
Little Rock Razorbacks (East): Promoted from BBB-13 (#1 Seed)

Well, on one hand, the East loses 3 teams that beat the hell out of us. On the other hand, the East picks up both league champs and a 1 seed. I would go on about how the East is better than the West again, but we did lose the title game.

On the third hand, VERY happy to see the Beef up here with my buddy Ozzy.

The Beef (formerly the Redcliff Falcons) would like to extend a hello to everyone here in A#7. As a show of good faith we will not be recruiting any new players and are going to be imposing a level 13 cap on our team. Any player performing in a manner that may cause us to win a game will be sent to 2nd on the punter depth chart.

As far as introductions go, we enjoy talking about our feelings, stimulating conversation over a cappuccino and long walks on the beach.

It's obvious the East is better, the Aces (name pending) are in it.

Alberta Stampede here. I'm glad to see the phrase "gay sex" has already found its way into the conversation. Personally, I don't get it, but then again the argument can be made that friction's friction, baby.
