I boost and have given him custom equipment. He also had the most TD rushes in his league this season. D-leagues pay squat so he still needs 1 piece of level 8 equipment and all of the level 16. He's going to buy all strength gear so he will then have 80 strength. Check out his other stats http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=964715&playoffs=0. I would prefer to have him join a 1-16 or 1-21 league. The team that he is currently on is a D-League team so he can accept a contract at any time.
