With 6 Spots available for Pro next season and if Africa AAA #2 plays out like it should with their top 2 teams going at it in the finals, according to Bort's promotion order it leaves all 4 teams playing in the Conference Finals today a Lock going into Pro next season. We (KNR)have the weakest record at 13-3 here in AAA #1 but the possible runner-ups at AAA #2 are 13-3 and 12-4 respectfully. That leaves points scored being the factor and KNR led all of AAA Africa in scoring.

Unless a major upset happens over at AAA #2 tomorrow, Congrats to all 4 from AAA #1 that are in the Conference finals today.

Personally I know we all would rather earn and win our way up there. Just some updated information on what is possibly going to happen regardless of outcomes today.

Bort has said that mistakes such as CDS moving to APLL last season shouldnt have happened and have been fixed, so basically Lion conference only has 2 slots right now (seeing as the Wasps are now in the bottom 2). So basically only the Lion champions are moving up unless another team goes CPU which is likely. And as you said KNR is sitting in the #3 spot. Your not a lock though.

As far as elephant goes, there are 4 spots and 4 conference finalists... so that should be fairly straight forward. The question then becomes who is the #5 in elephant should another team be sold back? The BBE were 15-1 and the 1 seed in AAA#2 so they would get the nod should another team go CPU, after that the Malice and Leathernecks go to the 5th or 6th tiebreaker and im to lazy to work that out.

Hmm...never saw where he said that. Regardless our intention is earning our way as it's everyone else's too. CDS being over in Lion threw me off. And I never said personally we were a lock, only that according to what Bort's promotion order is and taking in consideration how he did it last season.

Well your thread all but implied that KNR was a lock win or lose, and while I do think that yall will move up regardless its not a lock now. Bort eliminated the cross conference promotion, so basically Lion goes to Lion and Elephant to Elephant now and teams like the Bulls dont get their spot stolen from them like last season.

CDS certainly proved them belong up there, but that spot still should have gone to the Bulls.

There are a few other teams ive heard talking about folding so I wouldnt be suprised if even 2 or 3 more Lion teams went under in APL. So yall should be a pro team next season, and rightfully so either way. I know what you mean about wanting to earn it though.
