ALPHA:
4th Seed - Transylvania Bloodsuckers (15-3) @ 2nd Seed - Dublin Drunken Monkeys (17-1)
Transylvania's Playoff Path:
Round 1: Bloodsuckers 31 - Oklahoma 30.
Round 2: Bloodsuckers 36 - Kilkenny 34.
Dublin's Playoff Path:
Round 1: D-Monks 38 - Spaniards 19.
Round 2: D-Monks 30 - Basin City 19.
Game Preview:
This title game is a rematch of a great week 15 game, where the D-Monks came out on top 30-26. Dublin controlled the ground enough to keep themselves in the game, enough to score the go ahead TD with 4:56 remaining on a 29 yard TD pass from Michael Goodman to WR Alexander Frank to put the D-Monks up 4. Dublin did a good job of controlling the pace of the game in the first go around, and look for them to do the same and try to keep Transylvania QB Jason Coker and the potent Bloodsucker offense off the field. The Dublin passing game has been quietly potent this year, and this game is going to count on the Dublin WR's doing enough to keep Transylvania from stacking the box too much. With very similar circumstances in this game, two teams hungry for a title, and with a lot on the line, it looks to be a great game.
Keys to the Game:
For Dublin: Control the clock and keep the Transylvania offense off the field.
For Transylvania: Slow down the Dublin running game, and make them try and beat you through the air.
Prediction: D-Monks over Bloodsuckers. (-3)

ZETA:
2nd Seeded Vatican City Angels (17-1) @ 1st Seeded Valencia Bats (18-0)
Vatican City's Playoff Path:
Round 1: Angels 41 - Barcelona 24.
Round 2: Angels 45 - Dresden 34.
Valencia's Playoff Path:
Round 1: Bats 64 - Hamburg 0.
Round 2: Bats 72 - Dublin 0.
Game Preview:
Clearly the best two teams in Zeta, this game is a rematch of their week 11 meeting, which favored Valencia 44-37. Valencia has cruised through the playoffs so far, not even giving up a point yet. Yet, they need to be a little worried as VC was the only team that had even a close game with them all year. They were down 30-24 going into the 4th quarter in the first match, until their 20-7 explosion in the final frame to take home the win. This matchup is going to be very interesting, as both teams have balanced offenses, and good defenses that had a little hick up in their game against each other. This game is a great matchup of two teams that have gradually improved over the years to get to be the title contenders they are today, as this game looks to be another shootout.
Keys to the Game:
For Vatican City: Avoid the 4th quarter meltdown that doomed them in their first matchup, and make Valencia become one dimensional on offense.
For Valencia: Follow the blueprint from the first matchup, keep a balanced offense, and keep the VC running game from being effective.
Prediction: Bats over Angels. (-6 ½)

Shit there's a lot of CPU teams up there. Think Kilkenny/BCB have a chance of being promoted with you guys?
