Prediction time!

(1) Yaks Vs. (8) Roughnecks

I think this is a tough, TOUGH first round game for the Yaks... but after saying that.. I do believe they will win.

Yaks by 14.

(2) Bacon Vs. (7) Moosemen

The most intriguing game of the first round in my opinion... I think the Bacon will pull out the close one...

Bacon by 9

(3) Terror Vs. (6) Red Light

Windsor has been a very good team all year long...but I don't think they have a chance in this one....

Terror by 21

(4) Generals Vs. (5) Cheeseburgers

No more trying out plays like PCB did in their first match up (WR Run had 16 carries for -50 yards!).. I think that will be a huge factor....

Yaks/Aspermount is a chance for the Yaks to avenge their first playoff game/loss ever. So some history to the game. The prior game was in the first round with Yaks the higher seed as well.

Not sure I agree with 21, WRL played CB and us extremely close. They have also improved more than any other team due to them being lower levels to start the season. I think this game has the most potential for a first round upset. Keep in mind PCB over Sherbrook wouldn't exactly be an upset. Both teams are pretty talented and it could go either way.

No slight meant toward Manitoba or Aspermont, they are just playing the heavies who are easily favored to be in the conference championship.

yea but that was a whole diff time in glb jiddy it was like 1940's football to 2000, alot diff teams

WRL is a solid squad. I hope Yaks move up and don't have to deal with them much next season.... I've been bitching about how I had to alter my AI to deal with them every moment since that last game of the season.

You guys are solid, but you better find a play other than the WR Screen. You can bet your ass Bort tweaks that play this offseason

Next year we won't be as limited as to what we can do offensively, so be careful what you wish for.

They were the only BBB7 team to beat us last season without the WR screen (of course, we made up for it when it counted), so I have no doubt in their ability to come up with new ways to win.
