Game of the week – PGW vs. Vancouver
So the playoff picture is set with some positioning still left to be determined. It looks as though the following will be our first round matchups (barring any upsets this week):
#1 Triple B’s vs. #8 Canada Dragons
#2 Unsavory Gentlemen vs. #7 North Bay Drift
#3 Genosha X-Men vs. #6 Vancouver
#4 Alberta Irukandji vs. #5 Prince George Warriors
IF Canada is able to upset the PGW there would be a shakeup that would change the playoff picture to something like this:

They have little chance at losing this game, especially after the way the UG played Alberta last week. This game could get out of hand but I think quzur makes some adjustments from the UG game and keeps it respectable. Prediction – Triple B’s by 35.

Apparently had a fire lit under their ass. The game plan vs. Alberta was flawless and potential league MVP Bob Boobsrfun was completely shut down. This was a statement game by the UG that they are back to working for wins instead of sliding through. This week they face the FMMP in a throw away game for both clubs. Even with a loss the UG have the head to head win over Genosha. This game could be closer than expected but the UG should still win handily. Prediction – UG by 49.

Crushed the Drift by 30, beating my prediction by two points, Vegas is happy. This week they face the Lion’s…I mean Thrashers in a game that should require no game planning for a 80+ point win. Prediction – Genosha by 84.

Were dismantled on all sides of the ball by the UG and goes limping into the final game vs. the Triple B’s. Don’t think for an instant that the entire league wouldn’t like to see a big L in the B’s column. Unfortunately when you go to college and pretend to be a high school player you will definitely dominate. Prediction – B’s by 35.

Played in one of the better games of the season this past week as they barely slipped past the Vikings. This week they square off vs. the Canada Dragons in a game that should be just as exciting. I still put my faith behind Demarcus Zippo, one of the top 5 quarterbacks in A5. Prediction – PGW by 17.

Played an excellent game vs. Genosha but did not have the firepower to hang with them. The Drift have no chance at losing this weeks game vs. Chilliwacked and with the win will secure their playoff spot as they have the HTH win vs. Rancho. Prediction – Drift by 63.

Dominated F Hockey in a game I expected to be much closer, and to be honest, a L for Canada. They wrapped up a playoff spot with the win and now look toward an improved playoff position with a W vs. PGW. Don’t expect it to happen this week as PGW will prove too much for the Dragons. They face off against a Manitoba team who is looking to break even on the season. This will be one of the better games of the week to watch but it serves little purpose. Prediction – Rancho by 17.
