I will be conducting the all league team... a first and second team... this will be my first time doing this. Tomorrow I will be sending PM's to all the owners of each team in our league for nominations. Each owner can have up to 2 nominations per slot.

One rule:

You cannot nominate anyone on your own team...

Offense:

QB - 2 Nominations
RB - 2 Nominations
FB - 2 Nominations
WR - 2 Nominations
WR - 2 Nominations
TE - 2 Nominations
OG - 2 Nominations
OG - 2 Nominations
C - 2 Nominations
OT - 2 Nominations
OT - 2 Nominations

Defense:

DT: 2 Nominations
DT: 2 Nominations
DE: 2 Nominations
DE: 2 Nominations
LB: 2 Nominations
LB: 2 Nominations
LB: 2 Nominations
CB: 2 Nominations
CB: 2 Nominations
SS: 2 Nominations
FS: 2 Nominations

Special Teams:

K: 2 Nominations
P: 2 Nominations
PR: 2 Nominations
KR: 2 Nominations

Also...

I will say that every team will have a least one player on the list (either first or second team). No team will be unrepresented.

If anyone has any other ideas or thoughts please share.

And the PM's have been sent... decided to do it now.

Does the order of the nomination have any effect on first or second team vote.

By that I mean if I choose two QB do I need to put the best on first, or does the first and second names carry the same weight.

Nope, it will just be the number of nominations. Order will not have an effect.

Well since we get two HB nominations then I might make your list Me.

Can't nominate players from my own team.

Another team has to put you oon their list.

Due to that fact that we run a 2 HB back field will most liekly mean we will be snuffed this year.

I would also suggest that no players from the CPU teams be eligible. Nothing against the players that are stuck on the cpu teams or that run a team of mostly cpu players.

I got my nominations in. Jesus, that was a lot of work.

It's a little iffy about <4 win teams, too. For example, Auckland has only two players that you could even think of nominating: The punter (his average is pretty good) or that LB who managed a sack and an interception return TD against Ohio.

Yeah, actually I'm taking that back. Not all the teams will be represented.
