There are 5 spots as of right now in AAA. 3 cpu teams and 2 teams that will be promoted to Pro. Who do you guys think will get them? Also, with the 3 cpu teams will any non-cpu teams get relegated?

Yes. However, Mozambique Chiefs were a Lion team last year with the Greats. Somehow they went to Elephant after promotion.

After the 2 that get promoted by winning its all up in the air. so the other 3 spots will be given to the 2 teams in each conference that make the championship game. that leaves 1 spot which will go to 1 of the teams that makes the 2nd round based on the promotion outlined by Bort today. In otherwards if you make the Conference Champ game your going up. Im guessing the last one will go to Elephant.

Maybe its just me, but I don't want to move up unless we win it all.
Its like golfing, you spend 15 mins trying to get the ball in the hole, putt it within 4 inches, then PICK IT UP...

totally agree. It's kind of unfair that your prize for being a really good team (that wasn't able to win the championship) is you get to move up to a tougher league and become a mediocre team while other teams who weren't as good as you stay down and get to compete for a championship.

Something like this (along with time constraints) played a part in me selling my team.
Team was created in season 3, SE Asia AA4, won Zeta season 3 and then promoted to AAA 2, after season 5 we got to the conference championship and got blown out, we really weren't ready for pro at all, most teams outleveled us by like 5-7 per position.
Our team was 39-9 in three season (3-5), but it ended up not being worth it to me to spend all the money I do and time I don't have on a team that will be so outleveled for 5-6 seasons.

yea its a pretty crappy situation to put an owner in. You have the choice of either keeping the players who got you to this point and get blown out every game or try to recruit new higher level guys and kick aside all of your old time players who you have became close with.
I say if way down the road all of us in aa3 get promoted and end up being mediocre we combine forces and make one super team. We can be the Africa AA3'ers or something like that lol

Well I guess it is where you move up to. My team the Pride lost in the conference championship game in AA got moved to AAA where we're going into the playoffs as the #2 seed only behind the team we lost to last season in AA again, lol.
Makes for a hell of a rivalry when you got two team battling it out and beating-up on everyone else moved-up or not

yea it's pretty much a matter of luck. It's very possible that a bunch of the really great teams in AAA move on to Pro and AAA isn't as crazy as it is this year.

One of the teams I'm on net 20-0 in A, 17-3 the next season in AA and is udefeated in AAA this season. Won championships in the first two years. We are on an express ride to Oceana pro.

Yeah, I have to agree with you guys. My team got bumped to Africa Pro last season even though we lost the conf. championship game. We've held our own, but I feel as if we didn't earn it.

Oddly enough...Yes, that is the team I'm talking about. I did not know about that. Prepare the smack talk onslaught (that rhymes...I win!!!).
