Final tune-ups (not counting friendlys) before playoffs.

Gabon (14-1) - Eritrea (6-9)
StingTalk (13-2) - Egypt (2-13)
The Nile (13-2) - Senegal (1-14)
Gambia (12-3) - North Africa (8-7)
West Nile (11-4) - Rwanda (6-9)
Ivory Coast Hunters (11-4) - Kilimanjaro (0-15)
Kenya (10-5) - Ivory Coast Dongs (3-12)
Barbary Coast (7-8) - Madagascar (4-11)

The 8 playoff teams play the 8 non-playoff teams. Not a ratings bonanza.

Head-to-head tie breakers seed the teams as:
1. Gabon (15-1)
2. StingTalk (14-2)
3. The Nile (14-2)
4. Gambia (13-3)
5. West Nile (12-4)
6. Ivory coast Hunters (12-4)
7. Kenya (11-5)
8. Barbary Coast (8-8)

For what its worth, that Gambia vs. North Africa game is really big for North Africa. We have certainly struggled during the second half of the season, but if we win than we are in the playoffs. If we lose (which there is a higher probability... unfortunately) we are going to miss out on the playoffs because of a tie breaker to Barbary Coast.

Hey stratcat, don't give up yet. Your defense has played pretty well lately. Maybe you guys can get lucky and put up some big numbers offensively. It will be awfully tough though. Gambia has a very strong D.

We didn't draw a slouch for our last game either. WNV has been on a pretty good run over their last few games and so far we haven't proven ourselves very well against the top teams. This game will be our playoff game, so we are trying to treat it that way.

Thanks pratt. You guys have represented A4 very well this season. Too bad North Africa and Rwanda couldn't do the same.

Thanks! That will be a tough one to do. The thing about us having more upgrades in the offseason was nice. I didn't have to get rid of any agents. We just switched out the lower level players with higher levels we had at the same position. For example i traded my personal level 19 CB for money and signed my level 31 CB (now 36). Worked out nice not having to make any of my agents mad.

Gambia (12-3) - North Africa (8-7)

I didn't give this game a lot of detail. To tell you the truth, I can't imagine this being close.

Gambia is not a lame duck here, a loss could cost them a home playoff game, so they have to take this game serious.

Oh well, I guess we got knocked out in the first round of the playoffs.

We did make in interesting though. If we didn't have those 2 fumbles deep in our own territory that led to WNV TDs, we may have stood a chance of winning. Shoulda, coulda, woulda, but we didn't.

GG WNV. Good luck in the playoffs.
