Alright so me and Rsheehy we're talking, and we think it would be very cool too start a Canada A4 Slow Build team.

All members must...

A. Be 100% Committed.

B. Boost each and every season

C. Wear Custom Equipment


Not sure what our team name would be just yet, but it would be something that tells people Canada A4 during Season 6 was the shit.

As of right now, Rsheehy is #855 on the waiting list... so we aren't sure if he'll get one next season or not. Time will tell... So don't make the players just yet....

Money should not be a factor for people. You all will be given Min. Salary and Bonus so we can build up the stadium and get even more money.

I will be an Offensive Coordinator, but I DO want somebody else too help out. If you want too help me OC you MUST have AIM. Makes it very easy too talk about what too do and what we notice.

For those that need greasemonkey scripts, here you go. A TON of these are VERY, VERY HELPFUL. For instance, I have one that shows how too basically bulid whatever player, whatever position, if you're unsure. Very helpful at times.

i was kind of looking for a team where everyone starts at lvl 1 together.

I'm thinking about creating a HB (probably elusive), but I'm not sure if I'll have the flex to boost him every season.

EDIT: I'll jot you down for that Elusive RB spot.... but if somebody who can guarantee boosting each season comes in and wants it..... they will take your spot

Alright ill start a DE and i think i could be a good GM either an OC or a recruiter

for those who might not know what a slowbuild is here are some basics that i stole from a team im on forums.



1. Don't put points in SAs. Not until at least level 20. Period. Putting points in only attributes makes your player much better in the long run. Plus, the SAs aren't effective until the stat that corresponds with the SA is high.

2. Use the caps. Getting your player's attributes to the 48-cap (where it starts to cost two SP instead of one to upgrade it) as fast as possible is important. This way, every time you level up, those free points you get that go to your main abilities are used as efficiently as possible. The 60-cap (where it starts costing 3 SP) is also very useful for some positions.

3. Do not, I repeat, do not boost until the end of the season. Doing this severely hampers the experience you get during the regular season. Boost at the end of the year before the playoffs. Later on, at high levels, the experience difference is pretty small so you can boost at the beginning of the season. However, if your player is below level 24, definitely wait to boost.

4. Do not put any points in stamina. If your player is getting too tired, then train it. Depth on the team is more important than having really high stamina. Trust me, you will regret it later on. Stamina also gets some points automatically added to it every level. Use your SP on attributes that will make your player better. This way both the starter and the backup will be better players, and both will get solid playing time.


basically everyone on the team will be the same lvl and get the same playing time. so its like having everyone a starter. and will all players having great builds.

it will take a couple season to really be good, most teams start being really good by season 3.

DC/OC it doesn't really matter I can build AI's for both.

But i can be an OC or a Scout. Im the owner/ OC for the Eternity so i have some experience in that field.

sorry man nothing against you. you can be in for a scout, or oc it really does not matter to me.
