Warrior General Games

We had several teams clinch last week, and the last few playoff spots are now within sights of the middle of the pack in both conferences! It is possible that every spot in the west could be accounted for by Tuesday night and that two more spots in the east (or more?) could be accounted for as well.

Western Conference
Already Clinched: Fort Richardson Redskins, Omaha BA Mofo's, Portland Aftershocks, Las Vegas Aces, Minnesota Lumberjacks, Birmingham Beavers

1] The Fort Richardson Redskins can clinch Home Field Advantage through the WC Title Game with:
* A win against Las Vegas Aces OR
* A loss by Omaha

2] The Coruscant Death Stars can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win/tie against Omaha OR
* Losses/ties by both Austin and Gotham City

3] The Panthers Syndicate can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win/tie against Gotham City AND
* A loss/tie by Austin

Mathematically Eliminated: South Bend Red Raiders, Las Vegas Gamblers, Heavenly Angels, College Station Aggies, Sacramento South Side Psychos, Jersey Shore Hammerheads

Eastern Conference
Already Clinched: DC Corruption (Has clinched HFA through EC Title Game), Cleveland Gladiators, Dirty South Brew Crew, Cincinnati Stoners

1] The Tricity Cardinals can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win/tie against Indianapolis OR
* A loss by either Middle Tennessee, East Brewton, or El Paso

2] The Indianapolis Inferno can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win against Tricity AND
* A loss by either Middle Tennessee, East Brewton, or El Paso

3] The Middle Tennessee Fightin' Catfish can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win against Virginia AND
* Losses by both East Brewton and Miami

4] The East Brewton Warbirds can clinch a playoff spot with:
* A win against Shelby AND
* Losses by Middle Tennessee, Kansas, and New York

Mathematically Eliminated: Shelby Bearcats, Mississippi Rebels, College Station Stallions

Deathstars better start hoping for losses from Austin and Gotham City.

Damn, if El Paso is gonna make the playoffs, they will have earned it with the teams they have to play. Just had to beat the #5 Cardinals, now facing the #2 Gladiators, and then the #4 Stoners. Damn.

Good luck with that Vortus, especially since it looks like the two teams ahead of you are gonna possibly win their last two games.

Yeah, how well I know. Nothing wrong with hoping for the improbable to happen though. Both the Gladiators and the Stoner's are damn tough. East Brewton will win at least one, the other is a pretty even match. The Catfish will likely win both. So our hopes are that we can pull a couple upsets, and the Inferno beat the Warbird's. Heheh and Knowing that if things go our way, we will start off with the DC Corruption. Whew!

Nope. They do not. I will be updating the scenarios tonight, but Fort Worth has NOT clinched home field yet.

Results: Tricity clinches a playoff spot, and three spots remain up for grabs heading into week 16.

Nope. An Omaha win in game 16 combined with a Ft. Richardson loss would actually give the Mofos the #1 seed.
