Fiji vs. Barossa. A Grapestomper win would put them one game behind, w/ Fiji playing the top 3 teams in the last 3 weeks, giving Barossa a slight advantage. But, if Fiji wins, the Stingers pretty much lock up that last spot.

Should be a good one.

It's one of the most important games left in the season. Here's a rundown of the rest of the playoff picture.

Gods and IC are both still barely alive. Gods need to win out and have Fiji to lose the rest of their games to get in. Under this scenario, Gods would be up one game on Fiji, and hold tiebreakers over the Grapes and Incinerators. IC needs to win out, Fiji to lose the rest of their games, and have Barossa + Gods lose one more game. This would put IC one game above Fiji and the Gods, and they would hold the tiebreaker over Barossa. Both scenarios require Fiji to lose out, and in both scenarios, Barossa would be the victim of tiebreakers.

Best chances imo:
1. Fiji (only team who controls their own destiny at this point)
2. Barossa (a win over Fiji along with a more favorable schedule could allow them to catch up)
3. Brisbane (needs 4 wins, 4 Fiji losses with no room for error)
4. IC (needs a bit more help than Brisbane)

I think its too early to say for sure, but the other spots likely have tiebreaker advantages.

I think this is the first year for both the Gods and IC that we are not 100% in the play offs...

Samoa has not mathematically clinched yet, but we will likely get in as long as we don't lose to Co-op City.

yep, very surprising...I said it at the beginning...a few teams used to making the playoffs were going to be on the outside looking in for the first time.

If my math is right, all the spots lock up tonight if:

Samoa beats G-Town
Cook Island beats Incinerators
Fiji beats Barossa

It's probably going to come down to the final week now. Barossa and Fiji are both most definitely in the hunt yet.

Looks like the Fiji upset of MTD knocked you guys out. You guys might still be able to play spoiler against us week 16. I'd recommend passing every down and never punting.
