You first Steve.
Steve Mariucci: I'm going to start by looking at each conference and the teams they have. The alpha definitely has better teams and 8 of them are either .500 or above. The zeta however only 6 teams that are .500 or above. I mean just look at the alpha vs. zeta games on week 1. The alpha outmatched the zeta 9-7.
Deion Sanders: Nah, man you got to look at the big picture. The alpha may be tougher within itself, but when you put the big dogs together, I have to hand it to the zeta. The zeta has something the alpha doesn't have - tough hardnosed football. If you look at the top defenses, the top 5 passing defenses are in the zeta. The alpha definitely has some explosive offense and high scoring games and I'm interested to see what happens when teams like loldots_ or the Centurions face any of the teams in the alpha, especially the Spartans or Rhine.
Marshall Faulk: Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with Deion here. When playoff time comes, defense is what it's about. Everybody says this, but defense wins championships. The zeta definitely has the better defenses and when the championship comes, the Alpha is going to be wondering what did they just run into? The zeta has some top notch defenses and they are going to win it this year.
Rich Eisen: Big words there Marshall. We'll see how it goes. Thanks guys.
