#1 (1) Pittsburgh - After a nice win over the PPE in which they completely controlled the 4th quarter, Pitt puts it's #1 ranking on the line this week against Boston. Pitt has already clinched their playoff spot.

#2 (2) - Washington - A win over Atlanta secured them their playoff spot, but the Caps still have work to do to maintain their #2 status in the league. A big game this week will tell you a lot about this team, as they take on Habitual.

#3 (3) - Florida State - A 40-21 win over AggieFans leaves this team poised for one of the top spots in the conference, and they'll face an Atlanta team hungry to become spoilers. A win this week clinches a playoff spot.

#4 (6) - Habitual - A 1 point win over Boston elevates Habitual to #4, but they'll have their work cut out for them this week as they take on the #2 Caps. A win in this game secures a playoff spot.

#5 (4) - Boston - A 1 point loss to Habitual moves Boston down a spot, but Boston has every opportunity this week to move back up as they take on the #1 Pitt team.

#6 (5) - Asbury Park - So how does a team win and drop a spot? Weak schedule combined with a big win by Habitual. AP won't likely be this low next week as the top teams face off against each other, but for now, it is what it is.

#7 (7) - AggieFans - After thier 3rd loss in a row, the LOD are reeling. With a favorable schedule upcoming, the LOD look to regain their winning form and elevate themselves up through the ranks.

#8 (8) - Minn PPE - Another tough team, another tough loss. The PPE have 2 easy upcoming weeks before finishing the year with 3 of the top 5 in the PRs.

#9 (9) - Lake Tahoe - The Tyrants are rolling along and now find themselves one game out of the playoff picture after their 3rd straight win. With Detroit on the schedule this week, it's safe to say they're already looking ahead to their big game in 2 weeks vs the LOD.

#10 (10) - Atlanta - Another loss to a top team has Atlanta on the brink of elimination with a tough WarChant team on the schedule this week. A loss almost certainly eliminates them from contention.

...and the rest...

#11 (11) - Florida

#12 (12) - O'ahu

#13 (14) - Gulf Coast

#14 (13) - Choctaw

#15 (15) - Minnesota V

#16 (16) - Detroit

This game will be very exciting, no doubt about it. Win or lose, we are both heading to the playoffs. Congrats and looking forward to the match up.

Good write up.

One of the few things I enjoy reading on here now.

After both Pitt and the Caps managed to squeak out with overtime victories this past week to maintain the same record this game has a lot more riding on the line.

Unfortunately we still have to play Boston (and you guys have a tough match left in Florida).

And I can say from experience that Boston is a hell of a team. Good luck to both of you.

They tend to foil us in the regular season and then are generous enough to let us tie it back up in the playoffs. I hope that if the former part holds true the latter can do just the same.

Great write up....Tahoe's been quiet this season. Mainly because I've been on vacation and busy for the most part. Now 6-6, hopefully we'll get that push into the playoffs.
