I don't mean any disrespect to the "Blue" but I don't understand how they have such a high "overall" scouting report (45) when their roster is full of lower level players (average level 17)???

Is this a mistake or is the overall based on other factors that I'm not aware of?

Its based on the build and how you work the depth chart......

its called a build, they are slow-build and there level 17s are better than some 25's

Hell yeah!

When you have 3 stats at 60 and the rest at 20... you're players aren't going to be THAT good... but your Bars will be.
We're catching up though, don't worry

Oh... you ARE worried about when you play us in a few games.
I wouldn't be, we're not boosting till after the season, so you should be fine against us.
ALthough we DID almost beat the Monsters.

Yeah, our builds are not rounded out yet. We haven't decided if we are going to boost before or after the playoffs yet. Stay tuned...

its the slowbuild method... over time if they boost periodically like us they'll catch up to the rest of the league and with the same levels have higher stats and they would have an edge on the rest of the league. this method does work and they will eventually be a perenial powerhouse IMO.

also Bort's new training system has put a damper on slowbuilding but it still works IMO just not as well as it used to lol.

Yeah, it sucks! We can't win a freaking game to save our lives!

We won't be boosting now unless we actually run the table, which I don't see happening with our next two games. Oh well... look forward to season 3 for the Blue!

It does work if you do it right..... the way to do it is not in the league at this level. It works if each individual agent starts in the d league. Understands when to make the guy and when to sign him to a team what type of team to sign him to, not a D league team, and knows how to train.....

Slow build teams do not work but teams made up of slow built players do..... I can build a guy have him enter a capped level 13 team and have him be better than everyone else at this position using a slow build method. From there you start to boost again maximizing training and the level up bonuses. It is not hard to do but people are not patient enough.....

It takes 2 full seasons to bring the properly build low build to the capped 13 level. It will pay off for years/seasons but he will decline faster because he is older.

We're okay with losing. It isn't fun, but at least we're relevant right now, which is progress from last year. I don't think that we're going to a team that people want to play next year. I could very well be wrong. I was wrong about us making the playoffs. We're not eliminated... yet.

I have respect for the blue and the way they build / play. I might not get along with porch but I do like the team!

No one is telling you how to build your team. You can do it anyway your want. You guys are doing just fine. You should finish better that the 4-18 you did last year.

blue is elimianted from playoff after loss to grizzlies it was a good game though
