hm. i think the 2 level difference is one of the closest we've played this year :] usually when i look at the comparisons before a game, the cubes are about 5+ levels behind.

arlacuesta i'm a little disappointed in how your team is doing this season. you guys need to represent EEA8 a little better than this.

No worries... We had a few mishaps at HB in the beginning but problems have been solved so we'll definitely represent in PLAYOFFS!!! Because we all know... It's not how you start the season, It's how you finish the season.

we've played the top 3 teams. you've played 2 of them, lost both, and being blown out once by 25. and you havent even played 10-1 prague yet.

if you'd like someone more objective than me, go look at any of the power rankings, and see how our strength of record (based on opposing teams rank) is higher.

i dont think you're using "much tougher" correctly.

Rome's Opponents Faced Record: 60-50

Cape Town's: 52-58

Rome wins by that basis of comparison. The alpha matchup is what's killing Cape Town's strength of schedule. 1-10 teams kind of hurt. Prediction spreadsheet has Cape Town winning handily though.

the super smart spreadsheet number doesnt mean much until we win. as far as i'm concerned, rome beat us by 12 the last time we played, in a playoff match.

obviously that wont stop me from shit talking about how they've fallen apart this year, because thats what i do. but thats all it is, shit talking.

that is, until we win ;] at which point, it turns into "bragging"

I am keeping my eye on this game. Rome look to really be building up some steam and they have one heck of a QB/HB tandem.

And obviously Cape Town beat us so it gives me a concept of what to expect from the Italians.

i would thank you for your words of kindness except that i'm sure you dont have the time to read it while youre updating the 200 players you've got.

is that a full time job for you? do you consider those players your real friends? i'm sorry that you own basically half your own team, out level us by about 5, and we still kill you by 5 TDs. maybe you should retire most of your guys and focus on 1 or 2 so you can get better.

Mt team will come around you just watch, players had to learn a whole new system on offense this season. We will make the playoffs though it will probably be the #8 seed, so maybe if you were just a little bit better you would be #1
