Red River Ruminants (2-7) at Stockholm Black Death (8-1) 13-24
The Black Death edged the Red River Ruminants who continue to play opponents very close despite their unimpressive record. Unfortunately for Red River the Black Death's QB Jim Dakota came to play with three TD tosses and 201 yards on 15 completions all coming in the first half of play in what looked like a certain blowout. The Ruminants acquitted themselves well in the second half though, shutting down the Stockholm offense and notching 3 scores of their own to keep it from becoming a rout.

Tilburg did manage to move the ball well and score some points of their own but were simply outgunned in this contest and their bizarre blitz packages didn't help much.
