No much for comments from me this time - Tilburg is mourning the end of their 26 game win streak brought to a screeching halt by Brighton (& it gets worse with Dallas and Helsinki coming up)- that & I'm just busy - others feel free to step in and comment on the LP's output - obviously there's a couple of big games in Zeta

Newcastle R 68 Coventry 30
Eurotrash 34 West Country 13
Oslo 25 Whitechapel 11
Rome 56 Massillon 16
Donegal 464 Armagh 5
PGL 88 Southampton 30
Pitt-CPU 75 Rockledge 33
Whitchurch 73 Amsterdam 27

Dallas 26 Tilburg 26
Dungannon 96 Richmond 11
Bushy Park 43 Stockholm 27
Dublin 78 Newcastle NB 9
Helsinki 214 Paris 2
Brighton 41 Schiffertown 30

Oslo will not hold Whitechapel to 11. I know it is only projections, and Oslo has a good chance to win this game, I am just saying we will score more than 11. I was thinking something like 30-27 or so. Although our first two games we have played against each other, both were blowouts, splitting wins, one by each team. I see this game much closer, IMO.

Newcastle by 38 over Coventry - we should be so lucky. Eurotrash by 21 over West Country - Euro to top that spread. I'd agree that the Oslo - Rippers game should be the game of the week - close based on their strengths. PGL vs Southhampton I'm going to say Southhampton beats that spread - 58 points is way too much. CPU team to beat Rockledge - nah - especially not by 42 points and I don't think they win at all. So on final count = upsets include Rockledge best chance, Rippers next over Oslo, and maybe Southhampton over PGL. I wouldn't place bets on any of the games this week except the spread.

hb741, that Zeta conference is tough as hell. It can humble the best of them.

My 2 cents:
Newcastle over Coventry is a given. That has been a deadly team this season. Finally got rid of Bonn and they get replaced by Newcastle.
Euro and WCW should be a good game but Euro will probably run away with it.
Oslo/Whitechapel has game of the week written all over it. I'm going with Whitechapel only because Oslo really hasn't beaten anyone good yet.
Rome over Massillon by way more than what was predicted here.
Donegal over Armagh. No brainer.
Won't predict the PGL game since I'm biased. Wow 58 point win for PGL. I don't see that happening unless our DC finally makes it home from his work trip. Should be a lot closer. We've been cursed all season long since our DC got sent off on a work-related trip and hasn't been able to get on to scout or game plan. Pitt over Rockledge sounds right to me but does it really matter at this point.
Whitchurch has had a rough season and I see them taking it out on Amsterdam.

Gambling is the name of the game.
Or is he just posting that up here to make you think they are radically altering their GP?

Games within games.

Tilburg versus Dallas should be an excellnt game as well. Dallas is still fighting chemistry issues, but they are only getting better. Tilburg has to be angry after their loss. Will Dallas be the ones they take their wrath out on?

We are delighted to be unbeaten at this stage of the season, however we play the 7 teams directly behind us in our final 7 games so we dont expect our unbeaten status to last. We also have Stockholm in game 10 and they are always capable of beating anyone on their day. Good luck everyone for the 2nd half of the season.

Big game for Bushy Park today - these are the games we've traditionally choked away in past seasons, and if we're to be better this season, we really need to figure a win somehow.

Like Amp said, i'd happily take that projection!

Stockholm must be really annoying to play. When we're on we can beat anybody, when we're off boy do we lay an egg. Unfortunately, we've been more off than on lately. Good luck BP.

Nice idea Whitechapel... your running game wasn't dominant, but 3-4 yards per carry every time and going for it on 4th and short will work pretty often if you catch the defense off guard.

Unfortunately, that's also why this game will never be that great for game planning - if we were able to adjust to your game plan, you'd have gotten destroyed (well... can't speak for our offense, but you'd have been down to 2 YPC instead of 4). As it stands, well played.
