A suprising loss by Death Monkeys really opens up the season in terms on no1 in Alpha. Big respect to Glastonbury for the win.
You have put yourselfs in the minds of everyone in Alpha now.

Warsaw dished out a lesson to Barcelona to keep themselfs in the hunt, as did Underground who are the only team out of the top 3 to have played the other 2 top teams.

Sayreville and Naples both laid a smackdown to their opponants in Zeta. They look out and out the top 2 in that division.

I just have a bit of a problem with temporary boosts.

We've had this before, you beat a team regular season because you boosted, you get to the playoffs and you lose.

Really don't see the point in it.

alot people use them in alot of ways. some will use them for certin games to make the playoffs and others use them to try and get better seeds...but im not a fan of them either it's kinda pointless if you cant use them in the playoffs

yeah i agree. i dont use them on temp boosts now. did last season but i prefere the custom equipment route.

but if your team needs that lil boost to beat someone and secure a playoff spot or home playoff spot then i can understand how that could be tempting

See, I don't see the point in the equipment either.... makes no sense.

The only good thing about the double training is the extra SP you get every time...

You only need to possibly use boosts when you're jockeying for a home playoff game or to make it into the playoffs although better spent on equip upgrades if you have good gear.

the guy with the gay cowboys for his avatar decided to post in a thread I started about me making helmets for a few bucks, and the reason I was charging a few bucks was because my free time was little to nothing because my wife had been diagnosed with uterus cancer and had to undergo surgery to remove the cancer. So the guy posts that I'm lying about my wife and the cancer and that I was making up the whole "act" and that I was just a "dick". I was working two jobs at the time and during my second job I'd bring my laptop with me and would some of the helmets, which did pay for boosting since all of our money at the time was paying what the insurance didn't cover. I didn't appreciate the comments he made and they were way off base for someone who doesn't even know me. So, there it is.

to be honest i think the advanced equip is great. but i dont wanna overdo why cos everyone might agree then and all do the same.
