Warrior General Games

Helsinki: Came up with a blow out win over the generals and they improved to 5-0. HRR stays on top.

St. Petersburg Red Tide: Needed a 4th quarter drive and stop to win this one against the valor. St Petes O put up decent numbers but their D looked bad at times giving up some big plays. They found a way to get to 5-0 and stay my #2.

Gutter had a gut check game with the wolverines. But the game has a closer score then the game really was. Winning 35-26 and running the clock out Gutter fumbled and it was returned for a TD. They win it and stay my #3.

USAORG: USAORG also played a gut check game with the seahawks. The key drive in the game was the last time USAORG touched the ball. They were able to burn off enough time to stop the seahawks on O. They remain my #4.

Grid Iron lost a close game to my #2 team St. Pete. Their running game never got going but they had some big plays through the air. They move up to my #5 even with the loss.

Vampires have been playing good ball and got themselves to 4-1. They beat the vikings this week and jump up to my #6 spot.

Samarkand Wolverines: Offense looked weak against the gutter runners only scoring 26 points. They move down to my #7 spot but as they get into the meat of the conference expect them to drop farther.

Mambas beat the sealords to claim control of the #8 spot.

No arguments there my man,but I expect Lefkada to claw their way up the charts once they get Cade out of the Way. 3 narrow defeats to 2,4 and 5 has them in a false position.I think the top half is closer than at any time in the past seasons.Its a brave man who picks a title winner at the minute

i actually agree with you. Sea Hawks had a brutal start to the season and the played tough. Once they start hitting the other teams of hte conference they are gonna rack up the Ws. I expect them to end up no lower then 5.

Yeah I think the acid test will be Samarkand in a couple of games. I expect that will be a crucial game for both teams.

so we score more points against Krakow than your number one ranked team managed and we have a weak offense......interesting logic.

please do not misquote me. I said it looked weak against the Gutter runners but I never said it was a weak O. Ive always said O is your teams strong point every since I saw your D run a 3-2-6 cover 4 from your own 1 yard line. Please read more carefully before you try to criticize me.

you misunderstand but maybe I phrased it poorly - we scored more points against Krakow than anyone else has so I don't think that is looking weak. Comparing it to the previous blow outs we've had is pointless.

your O looked weak against the gutter runners. I am talking about this game and not any other weeks. You lost this week because your O could only must 26 points. Does not matter if you looked dominant the week before or 3 weeks before. The O looked weak this week and thats why I wrote it...but I understand your point.

I guess I should not have used the word weak then. Should I say that your D got exposed for what it is and that your O could not keep up with the offense the gutter runners show. Better?

Great work on the writeups, keeps everything interesting. I hope more than one team gets to move up, because for the 4-6 teams at the very top, this league is boring outside of 5 games a year. If several of us move up, then the AA league will rock the house !!
I don't know why, but I still think Krakow is the dark horse favorite to win the league.

i agree the vamps could be a good team. They have to have some pretty good builds for lvl 25s though to make a run for championship. Also the loss to the mambas hurts...

Yeah, The loss was on me. If you watch the game film, we were still passing in the second half and going 3 and outs. Not saying mambas wouldn't have beat us but they would not have had time to kick 2 field goals.

Just looked over the other teams....wow a lot of level 35+

yeah HRR is ridiculous this season with the lvls..I think we at St Pete are up there with high lvls but not at the lvl HRR is.
