can't believe I read that whole thing. Interesting how a lot of people bashing yours and that other slow build team are now like 1-4, while yours and the other slow build team on there are 5-0. Thanks for the history lesson too Joe.

No prob...do what i can

Cairo will admit though that they only slow built for one year though, so not really sure you can call them a true slow build team

Well, you guys did infact go 0-16 slow build or not. The difference between DD and the other slow build team is that you guys actually know what your doing and how to make quality builds.

Pfft LAX actually won a game in our first season as a slow build team. I don't know about the 8-8 for this season... but i think we are on our way.

Did LAX get to start in a capped league? Yep they did.
DD did not, that's what makes it impressive. We were lvl 1's up against teams of 22-24s and never gave up over a 100 all season. If DD had been a half season later they could have been in Canada A and been in a capped league (and probably would have won the title a year sooner), instead they got Africa AA, but no regrets, things are rolling now.

Well, your right on that account... however you werent facing 22-24's. In AAA when we first started most teams were filled out with 12's and 13's, while the teams with higher levels were 16-18's with one or two 20's. Definately different than a cap league, but there's not much of a difference. Of course, there werent many slow build teams in season 3 but the idea really caught on in later seasons with the capped leagues.

Nah the Kinhasa rumblers were definitely 22-24 at the start of the season that year...Doryano brought over a full squad from another league and several other people brought over half squads to AA (many thought this would be fun since it was the lowest lvl of a new division and it would be an easy championship). Several other squads were 16-20s. Much different than a capped league for several reasons. Not as many teams back then so the demand for spots was higher.
