My only bitch about the ai now is it takes over a minute to load and almost 2 minutes to update
now recruiting is something i do not appear to be very good at.....maybe i am to honest Transfer your existing AI's to the other teams, the only reason I am able to own my own and GM this many teams is because I mainly just DC and I only make one base AI and then transfer it to all the teams at the beginning of the year. After that it is just a matter of doing a little game planning and making small adjustments.
The other important thing imo, is working with the same group of people, I have a lot of different agents on my team and same here on the Westwood Bruins, but we have probably 5-10 of them who have players or are GMs on both teams. If you get a group of guys together who are all coordinated within the various teams you get the best of both worlds; competent guys you can trust who make adjustments and you know they build good players.
