I sent a one year max salary and max signing bonus which I think is best when joining a new team. This allows you to see if your happy before signing a longer term deal. I'll also put 1.2 million in your eq fund (set to use Eq money first and always) when you hit lvl 40. I know you don't really need all that money but consider it a sign of how much we'd like you to join a stellar team.
