Okay here are the rankings after game 2. Here is what I went by for now, at least until i get to know these teams better:
1) Record or win/loss
2) Strength of roster

You may or may not agree with them, but this is how I see them.

****POWER RANKINGS****

1) Pretoria Pigs (2-0) - Definitely the best roster in Lion Conference and they can back it up on the field. They have excellent depth and should go undefeated this season. Have fun in AAA next season.

2) Impending Doom (2-0) - Two good wins and a good roster should get the Doom to the play offs. There is a lot of football to be played yet, so where they end up in the rankings isn't a lock for them.

3) Taipei Little Fish Rangers (2-0) - The Little Fish Rangers are off to a good start, but their roster could be outmatched in most of their games. They just pulled off a close upset over Strong Badia, so maybe their gameplanning can overcome that.

4) Zimbabwe Bulls (1-1) - The Bulls have a very strong roaster and I don't see them dropping out of the Top 4 anytime soon.

5) Detroit Drive-by (1-1) - Detroit has a good roster, but still have bots on their team. Unless they get those spots taken care of by human players, who knows where they will end up.

6) The African Predators (1-1) - This team has a good mix of high level players on offense, which could carry them to a play off berth. But the defense is at a much lower level and might keep them from going deep into the play offs.

7) Lagos Eagles (1-1) - The Eagles have managed a 1-1 start, but they have a tough road ahead of them to make it to the post season.

8) Texas Armadillos (1-1) - The Armadillos have a decent roster and should be contending for a play off spot. They should be moving up soon.

9) Nigerian Nightmares (1-1) - The Nightmares have made some solid additions to their roster this season, but will it be enough to make a play off push?

10) Banghazi Barbary Lions (1-1) - It will be an uphill battle for my Barbary Lions. Not too sure if we will make the play offs or not, but you never know in this game.

11) Algeria Desert Foxes (0-2) - Don't expect these guys to be here for too long. They have a decent roster and should turn things around real quick.

12) Strong Badia Tires (0-2) - The tires have a rough starting schedule. They could go 0-4 before having a shot at a beatable team. They better get things straightened out or it may be an early exit for them this season.

13) Zulu Brotherhood (0-2) - Well two straight losses and giving up big points doing it. These guys just need time in the oven. But they'll lose a lot of games along the way.

14) Rwanda HellFish (1-1) - Well here is the first of two CPU teams in Lion Conference. At least they got 1 win before giving up.

15) Zanzibar Face-Eaters (0-2) - Well these guys might as well be considered a CPU team. A human owner with an all bot team won't win a lot of games. Get to recruiting and good luck in season 7 in Africa A.

16) Djibouti White Tigers (0-2) - And here is the second of 2 CPU teams. I just hope they remain CPU when my team plays them.

Remember, this all just for fun. It really doesn't mean a thing.

agree, good work.

The Pigs have a lot to live up to. I still dont see us as an undefeated regular season team but will try our best to live up to the hype.

I wish this were true. Honestly i see us as more a 7th place team or so. Our depth is severly lacking and that will hurt us ALOT until we can remedy that situation.

I'm glad to see some faith in my Desert Foxes! We've got a win coming up next week but it's not going to be one that says much, sadly. Beating down the Hellfish - a former powerhouse, to be sure, that's now been torn to pieces - won't say much about our offense or defense at all. Stadium upgrades NEED to be done with the Foxes this season, so that I can actually make MONEY, and get players of equal LEVEL.

That, and I'm gonna have to really slam the gavel down on my DC... something's gotta get done.

That said, good game Pretoria. Kicked our ass but good.

I agree Rhuin, Im also a big fan of the foxes.

We have been lucky that we have had good enough seasons to build our stadium and now have more than enough money to go around.

Recruiting has always been hard for us and last season we lost a chunk of our team but luckily I built alot of players on my own to fill in the gap.

All I can say is keep at it. Dont give up.

Just as long as we all know that we're NOT giving the championship to the Elephant conference this season. Or EVER. Lion conference FOREVER.
