Dude, I have a lvl 12 HB w/ 74.7 speed and 50 AGI... with a couple points saved.
I also have a lvl 11 DT with 50 speed and a couple points saved... and thats his 3rd highest stat.
59.3 for a lvl 11 is not that good
58 for a 4 is still only above average.

first off you only have 60 cap for that speed on HB, big whoop, I'm almost there and i'm level 6 now.
second off that DT has 50 AGILITY
I'm sure you can't tell the difference, to say a level 4 HB is only above average for 58 (It was 59, I had typed it in wrong.)
Your little 'mightier than thou' argument holds about as much water as a thimble.
your HB ain't jack shit over where he should be for points on a slow build, in fact he is about 10 overall SP lower than he should be.
