- i'm sure i'm not the only one surprised by the Mighty Ducks' win over the Devils. You guys have a great team and you'll do well this season.

- congrats to flin flon for hitting 51 overall. i'd say you're the team to beat in the East for sure, if not the entire league. i'm looking forward to our game!

yeah early boosting was the only way I might make the playoffs.

I've sent about 100 offers and 200 PMs to free agent WRs and havent landed a single one. If I cant get another high level target for our QB, I dont like our chances this year. I wonder if being an A league team is holding us back, but more likely it's just an unsuccessful recruitment strategy on my part.

Being A hurts us badly, people the level we need(30) really shouldnt be in a A league.

I got rid of every player but my own and two real life friends because I couldnt deal with idiot agents with horrible builds anymore.

good call. its getting fucking ridiculously hard to recruit good people. i was seriously considering gutting the team, getting relegated and starting over with lvl 1s so i could shape their builds and get some activity in my forums.

i decided against it ultimately because my team is pretty sweet as it is. i'm done recruiting though. everyone on my team has good builds for their level and we have a legit shot at winning. Resign the currents ftw.

I've spent ungodly hours trying to recruit in FA this off season. I mean ridiculous time. You gotta realize, after last season, it was probably harder for the RCK Yaksmen than it was for the rest of you guys.

I managed to land four excellent players (though 1 came from an agent already on the team) and two pretty good ones. Also, a couple more that are so-so, but the best that could be done.

I think this league is better than it should be for an A-league, which makes recruitment harder. Like bashemgud said, the levels we need to compete with each other shouldn't be playing here.

I've got players in a couple of other A-leagues. The Yaksmen would crush most of the playoff teams from those leagues, and we're middling at best here. Or maybe a little better now, we'll have to see...

Yeah i spent more time on here actually recruiting then sleeping the whole offseason.

Wasn't much easier for AA. Just a bigger misbalance now than ever. I guess I gotta make more players. :\ That's how they get ya.
