Alpha Conference

1 Amsterdam Knights (30)
2 Valencia Miners (21)
3 Nagold Nightcrawlers (30)
4 German All Stars (33)
5 Frankfurt Mountain Lions (33)
6 Bristol Beasts (27)
7 Irish Hand Grenades (30)
8 Gang Green (27)
9 Southampton Stay Pufts (33)
10 Buckfort Jetts (36)
11 Málaga Nighthawks (18)
12 Berlin Blitzkrieg (18)
13 Toulouse Little Girls (33)
14 Dublin Parrots (18)
15 Stuttgart Coyotes (33)
16 Porto Colonels (33)

Based on the ratings given above it looks like the Buckfort Jetts are the team to look out for this season. They don't have a single player below level 10 on their roster, and they already have a level 16 CB.

Next on the list are six teams with a rating of 33. These will most likely be the play-off teams this season. There may be a surprise there somewhere, but they have their work cut out for them with the powerful Jetts team. Here are the teams to watch here: German All Stars, Frankfurt Mountain Lions, Southampton Stay Pufts, Toulouse Little Girls, Stuttgart Coyotes, and Porto Colonels.

Next come the wild card teams. One or two of these teams my pull out a surprise and knock one of the 33 rating teams off for a play-off spot. These are the three teams to watch: Amsterdam Knights, Nagold Nightcrawlers, and Irish Hand Grenades.

Next are the teams that will probably get between 4 and 6 wins this season. They rate 27. They are: Bristol Beasts, and Gang Green

The next team will be the Valencia Miners at a 21 rating. This team will probably win between 1 and 4 games.

Finally, there are the bottom squads. With a rating of 18, these are the guys who will finish with a bad season. They may etch out a win or maybe two. But they will finish at the bottom unless they do some smart recruiting in the next few days. They are: Malaga Nighthawks and Berlin Blitzkreig.

Now, before I get flamed here, this is pre-season. Someone will have to visit this again once the season starts to see who the real powers in this conference are. For now, that's the Alpha Conference in a nutshell.

When you're talking about levels 13 and lower, I'm not sure you can take levels into account.

Everyone will be gaining levels very quickly, and the teams that boost now will be weaker later.

I'm not knocking you, so don't get offended. I appreciate it when people take the time to do this type of stuff, power rankings, game of the week write-ups, etc.

Yeah. I know levels change quickly. That's why pre-season really isn't the time to do all of this. Things will change in the next few days, and some teams will gain in ratings, others will stay the same. None will loose ratings unless they get gutted.

did you take into account that many of those teams with lvl 12/13 players are cpu players?

No. I went with the ratings only. I know there are a few teams with all CPU players that are going to get trounced. This was just a preliminary rating, and I did it just for fun. I don't claim to be accurate.
