I have sent a message to a few owners around the game, but with not much hope I will make my public offer.

I am planning to buy a team next season. My goals for the team is to be an farm team, or a feeder team. I am looking for a dedicated Pro Franchise (mby a AAA Team) to make this team apart of. My plan is for the Fran owner to pay for half the team (500 flex, then 100 for each next season) the payments most likely would be through paypal (unless you have a better idea) Of course I would sign a contract if needed, and think this can be a really great thing for the both of us.

So please get back to me, with any ideas and stuff.

This IS a legal action, I am willing to sign a contract of some sort (lets not go crazy with it) if you write one up.

"Teams looking for players" seems a good place to start, as owners looking to add talent would be there often, and while it isn't an immediate adding of players, it's establishing a system of adding talent. Perhaps "Trading Block", as you are looking to establish a "standing trade" of talent from one team to another. Or maybe "Introductions."

But league forums are for matters that are specific to the goings-on of a league as is constituted. Games... trash-talking.... tacos... stuff like that. Anything that requires a general cattle call are pretty much looked down upon. If you have an owner in mind, approach them by PM. If you have an idea of what you want to do but don't have an owner to partner up with (trade, recruiting, whatever), league forums are distinctly out-of-bounds.

Like the other posters said, though... farm teams are looked at in a poor light. Still, best of luck to you in finding what you want out of this game.

And I am amazed at how civil I managed to keep that. Staple a big gold star on my forehead.
