Ok I just got a response back from another team that is willing to swap with another AA#1 team. It is in AAA#1 Alpha Conference. PM me if you are interested in swapping. Dublin, Eurotrash both of you are candidates that should consider.

Bonn and I have taken the other two spots. Swap requests must be in by midnight tonight in order to be effective.

Deffinently going to be alot of the same up here in AAA

Ok, just to make sure cover all the bases. If you're not involved in swapping then ignore. the following is just to benefit the AA teams trying or thinking of swapping and the AAA teams that want to come down.

Drachir and I are running into a lot of confusion regarding this whole swap process and I want to use this thread to make sure no teams are left out and PMing is not as feasible.

Timeline:
Bonn contacted several teams regarding swapping.

First response was from Richmond Renegades. We sent an official swap request while Richmond's GM said he was going to get their owner to send one to support. I sent a PM to Richmond's owner to confirm that he had followed suit with a PM to support. I never got a reply.

Second response was from Paris Asnieres-Molosses, they wanted to swap with us. The owner also confirmed that they had sent a swap request to Support. So, to cover my bases since Richmond hadn't confirmed I sent a second swap request to support to swap with Paris Asnieres Molosses.

Drachir asked what other teams wanted to swap since they weren't getting leads in Zeta. Drachir to my knowledge has reached an agreement with the Joes Schmoes(formerly Stuttgart Vipers) to swap.

Rome Wolfpack posts in our forum they want to swap down.

Drachir forwards a PM from Richmond's owner where the Richmond owner is confused because he thought he had an agreement in place with us and had sent a swap request.

So, if Richmond actually sent a swap request for Bonn, it might happen since they were our first swap request. That would leave Paris without a swap partner if Support goes by first request gets it.

Paris is probably left without a partner
Rome Wolfpack has asked to swap and I don;t kow if anyone has taken them up on it.

So, Paris and Rome in WEAAA1 Alpha want to swap down, Paris probably thinks they are with us. So, if any other teams want to swap up with them I'd contact them asap.

Yes I actually put in a swap request with Joes Schmoes and Richmond to cover my bases. To my knowledge they both put in requests to swap with Birmingham and I just got a response back from Support saying it has been forwarded to Bort so we are in AAA#1 Alpha Conference.

Rome has been posting on ALL the boards so I am pretty sure they have found a swap. Paris may be left without a swap partner. I would reply to both like Wrath of Conor suggested. In my opinion Dublin and Eurotrash are the two best suited for this swap but if any team wants to swap to have a opportunity to reach the Pros than go for it. I will say that WE AAA#1 Alpha is going to be brutal. I am disappointed that Portland Rage are no longer there as they sold the team and now are called Rome Wolfpack which explains them wanting to swap.

My bad as I was looking at Rome Wolfpack vs Portland Rage. Glad to see they didn't sell there team. I thought Rome Wolfpack changed their name so only way you could see as it was showing the old name earlier and the new name now. So I thought but I think I just got them confused with someone else. Too many name changes.

We haven't had time to talk it over. I don't think we'll be able to make a decision by the deadline.

well not even sure in us black knights were ready to make the jump but regardless now all thats left to do is win -=)

I always though I'd believe it when I see it regarding the swaps. Bort's announcement says they've all been processed and both Bonn and Birmingham are still in WEAA1...

maybe the other owners let you down by not PM'ing support

It will still happen as Birmingham is showing in the WE AA#1 Zeta Conference League Page but on my home page we are showing as WE AAA#1 Alpha Conference. Richmond Renegades are showing up as WE AAA#1 Alpha Conference League Page but showing up as WE AA#1 Zeta Conference on their home page. WOC has been a lot of help in helping Birmingham move up so in return the least I can do is make sure that Bonn moves up as well.

Bort replied to a post I made. Said we had several requests and teams backed out on us and swapped with another team.

What I'm guessing happened is...

Yesterday I sent a clarifying message to support saying to swap us with Richmond. However I think Richmond jumped out of our swap because I mentioned we had a agreement with Paris and Richmond clarified to swap with Birmingham.

When Bort tries to align all of the messages he sees Richmond wants to swap with Birmingham and my clarifying message asking to swap with Richmond leaves us without a partner. Still don't know how Birmingham wasn't swapped with their partner, the Joes Schmoes. I'm hoping and guessing that we will still be swapped with someone.

Yes there has to be a better system. Because you don't know who actually sent messages to support on the swaps. WOC just like I forwarded the messages to support clarifying the swaps. I don't see how Joes Schmoes couldn't swap since they have only cpu players. This leaves Bonn shortchanged. I will send a message to Bort myself to get this clarified because Bonn just like Birmingham deserves to be promoted.
