Hey everyone, I'd just like to formally introduce myself. I am the new owner of the Tide. I have a player on the Gods, and always read this forum, and decided at the beginning of the year when i got on the list that Oceania Pro was my number one choice for a team. Its very unfortunate that it had to be the Tide, as they were a very solid team and it sucks to see them go, but hopefully I can rebuild this team to what it once was and look forward to playing all of you. Team name change will be coming soon, as I don't want a bad knock on the Tide as an organization, seeing as this first season could get quite ugly.

Like i said in our team forum...its gonna be rough going for you...but if you can stave off relegation...that would be quite an accomplishment

Are you going to fall subject to the new stripped rule for sold teams? Or was the team transferred? Hopefully you won't have to rebuild everything.

well....as of right now....the teams is still in the OPL....is there still going to be relegation done before season 6?

The poll is still running as to whether or not Bort should do another relegation at the end of the off-season. If that happens though they'll strip team fund, team stadium, all kinds of crap. Hopefully that doesn't happen for you guys... as long as you can stay competitive up here.

Wow scratch what I said, just a min ago it was not all CPU owned. Looks like you're being stripped.

I just feel bad for him because he's not going to be able to find 40, lvl 30+ players in 3 or 4 days that he'll need to stay competitive in OPL.

Ya this is certainly gonna be a long process to get this team back. Even from my own prospective relegation is obviously very likely. My main goal is gonna be building for a strong season in season 7 to get back up here for season 8. Still workin my ass off now to get a team ready for this season so we'll see what happens. Also just letting you all know EC Tide will now be the Palau Bull Sharks
