I have a level 14 Half back on a D-league team thats looking for a human team, he'd be perfect for a capped lvl 16 team. He's willing to backup and split the carries as a number 2 back. He's currently mixing power with speed with some impressive results last season in the D-league, he picked up 17TD's and a 136 broken tackles.
